Laundry Time

This place is really dirty to start off with. All the chairs have huge stains on them I had to try and buy a plastic bag to sit on but the laundry supply vending machine was empty. The bathroom has no handsoap dispenser or paper towels. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else to do your laundry

I recently moved to the area and, unfortunately, there are no other laundromats close so this is my only option. I don’t know how it’s possible but each time I come here, it gets dirtier and dirtier. The floors are visibly dirty so who knows the last time they were cleaned, the trash cans are usually overflowing, always a mess on the floor of lint, trash, or dryer sheets, the bathroom door doesn’t have a knob, there is no running warm water in the bathroom to even wash your hands and no paper towels, the seats are all stained, there’s only one laundry cart in the whole place, and the list goes on. I just don’t understand how a place where you are supposed to come clean your laundry could be so dirty… Also, there are always multiple machines always out of order or you don’t find out that they don’t work until you already spend your money on them (i.e, dryer with no heat). I have witnessed the owner tell other customers to “just use another machine” when this happens without even offering a refund. It’s overall just a poorly run business and charges wayyyy too much for the condition of the facility.

I read a lot of negative reviews about this place, but the experience we had was fine. The machines worked as they should have. The only negative is there is no handle on the bathroom door.

The most DIRTY place I have EVER been in. The bathroom door has no door knob on it, no toilet paper, there is mold everywhere, dirt everywhere, I truly believe that your clothes would come out dirtier then before you washed them here. If I could give zero stars I would! The health department will be notified! Absolutely a shame!

I try very hard to reserve one-star reviews for those that truly deserve it. However, if you have come to this establishment, you would be remiss to call me anything but honest.

It's bad enough that the floors always look like they haven't been touched in years, that the soda machine and vending machine are usually empty, and some of the washers and dryers simply don't work. It's now gotten to the point that other customers have to leave notes for management (I am assuming that title befits someone) in case they aren't aware of the situation.

But my "favorite" thing about the place is the lack of a door handle on the bathroom door. If that wasn't bad enough, you can't flush the toilet now, so it gets to be really gross now.

But hey, the change machine works, so yay?
