Granny’s Little Laundromat is very Modern , Cozy Laundromat.  I  really really Love how the Dryers dried my clothes quickly. I did not have to iron a single thing it’s like the dryer pressed my shirts . Amazing. ! The prices were great ! Also,  I felt very comfortable my entire visit because there is Security Camera's installed at the property and that made me feel Safe! Bob arrived at our house on time, cleaned 950 sq ft of carpet in 2hrs, very professional attitude & got right to work. The carpets look fabulous. Price was very reasonable! Will be calling him for our carpets again.

I would say good job, but I asked multiple times and offered my son to help move the couches.  He never said they were not doing under the couches.  The company did not do that. I paid for the whole room and 30% is covered by the couch.    I mentioned it many times and he skirted around it never said he would not do that part of the carpet like other companies do.  I would just be very clear on what you expect.  Half is on me as I had to leave for an appt, so i would have called it out, but my son did not know to.  I would just assume when you hire to have a room cleaned it was expected to move and clean under the couches especially when mentioned multiple times.

This service was a gift from God!  Wow, they showed up the day that I called them and started drying out the water damaged flooring in my bathroom.  They were polite, prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and the whole team worked as a well oiled machine to get my house back in order.  Shawn, Ken, Josh and Austin are amazing and I am so thankful that they were the team working on our house.  I will recommend ServPro to everyone I meet because they are the best!

Had a mishap with our washer just after Christmas and it flooded our finished basement.  There was too much water for us to handle ourselves. We called Servpro and had a call back from Mikey in less than 30 minutes to set up a consultation. Mikey got to us ASAP, got the water extracted and set us up with equipment to dry everything out. Super friendly, communicative, professional, and efficient. The Servpro office, Mikey, and his team really came through for us over the holidays!

We had Derek and his crew come help us with our flooding catastrophic mess in our bedroom and our whole basement. I have to say they were very nice and professional and did a great job.

We had water damage caused by a plastic part on the back of our Whirlpool refrigerator that had snapped off one night after using the water dispenser. A lot of water rushed underneath in a short amount of time, saturated the drywall behind the refrigerator, and made its way into the basement. It was "raining" from the basement ceiling until we were able to reach the refrigerator water line shutoff valve.

The very next day we opened a claim with our homeowner's insurance and SERVPRO was at our home within a couple of hours. The team that took care of our home was awesome! They made sure they covered all areas while doing the moisture mapping and knew exactly what needed to be done to help us dry the walls, basement floor, and ceiling. Highly skilled and very knowledgeable.

Water damage is a stressful situation, but knowing we have SERVPRO when something like this happens is a huge relief. Thank you so much!

This has been my go-to laundromat for 6+ years. You can always expect clean machines, floors, carts, etc. thanks to Lauren and her employees. She always has something friendly to say and is always helpful if I need my wash moved to the dryer or folded if I don’t have time that day. She sincerely helps make my days easier with laundry and I would never go elsewhere

I can't say I've stayed at any laundromat in all my years of renting except for these last 5 years. I've been dropping my laundry there, myself and 3 kids, and it's always completed before expected and I never see Lauren sitting still.  She is always either doing the laundry or cleaning the floors, etc. Not to mention Lauren's just always a pleasant person to start your day with in the morning. Always a nice and clean experience.

Lauren has been handling the towels and linens for our camper rental business for over two years, and she has consistently exceeded our expectations. Her work is always top-notch — the towels are folded beautifully, and the linens are so neatly done they often look pressed. She's professional, reliable, and always makes herself available when we need her, even on short notice. Lauren also takes extra care to remove tough stains from our loads, which is no small task in this line of work. We’re very grateful to have found someone so dependable and detail-oriented. Valley Laundromat & Dry Cleaning

I went here to wash & dry my King Comforter.  The place is spotless 1st of all.  The owner helped me out since I haven't been in a laundromat in years.  He exchanged my quarters for $1 coins & what machine to use.  Nice guy.  I forgot my laundry detergent & and elderly gentleman washing clothes, offered his for me to use.  You don't find people like that too often.  Nice place, very clean & safe.

The old man who worked there Saturday is very rude, the older lady that was with him was nice. I only washed my clothes there so I wasn't there long and so much happened. When I was asking a question he kept saying "huh" and playing the "old man" joke, then tried playing a "joke" about not receiving the money, we told him she did but handed more over anyways. He gave the first payment back after the 2nd payment was being handed over and said it was a joke, and that people usually get mad at that joke. I wonder why people would get mad at a joke that requires giving more money. My sister loved this laundromat and referred it to me, but after how the old man treated us the 2 times I went with her she is even looking for a new laundromat. He complained about people who work part-time out of no where, Im physically disabled so to me that was very inappropriate of him to keep yapping about. He's very rude and very unprofessional. I give 2 stars because the washer itself was okay, it washed kinda quick, it just old style and doesnt tell you how long.

I agree with saying that it's probably the cleanest laundromat around. My first time going to get a suit dry cleaned because i got spaghetti sauce on it. They did a fantastic job and only cost me $17 which i thought would have been a lot more but it was my first time. The owner is super friendly and welcoming and takes pride in his business which a combo of those is hard to come by nowadays. Ill recommend this place to anyone for doing their laundry or dry cleaning
