I love this little laundromat. I am from Maryland, and used to big crowded million people laundries. This is so cute, small clean and not a lot of people at any given time. Every time I don’t want to wash something in my own machine this is my go to laundromat.

The only exception- Why a restroom with no sink or soap to wash hands?! Very gross.

Clean laundromat. Has a bathroom. Sink was not stocked with paper towels when I went. Mix of newer and older machines. Only a few were out of order. Three different sizes of washer. Two dryers are large commercial machines and large enough for king size comforters. Change machine and laundry supply dispenser on premises.

As laundromat go this is one of the best that I have ever used. The facility is kept clean. Very few machines were marked " out of order". I used an very large commercial type waher and dryer. Both worked well. The cost of using the machines has gone up considerably over time. I will use it again when the need arises.

Very very clean, has really nice sink to wash your hands, machines worked well. Initially I panicked because doors locked earlier than they were supposed to but the owner responded to my phone call within a minute and was there to unlock the door for me personally to get in and retrieve my clothes and make it right. I was very impressed by that response time and it means a lot, I will absolutely be using this laundromat moving forward. Way way better then Rodney street laundromat in lititz

I have been going to Brighton Cleaners for many years and I’m very pleased with their work and Sara is so sweet and friendly.  I moved away and still go to Brighten Cleaners.  I trust that they do a great job.

I wouldn’t even give one star. I have never had a particularly good experience from Brighton Cleaners  but have continued to use them from time to time only out of sheer convenience to my hone. No more -it took three times to be burned but  I’ve finally learned my lesson. Offering multiple chances to do good work does not matter with this dry cleaner. They are a few notches  below poor. This afternoon and the last last two prior times  I picked up my garments for dry cleaning came back with the same dirt (This time it was only mud on my pants from playing golf). They refused to do my pants over yet still charged me and would not take a debit card to boot. (Nothing posted about this policy).

The “stains” were not permanent as I took my previous “cleaned “ cloths by them still in the bag  to another dry cleaner and they were able clean them as expected, without issue. Brighton also does a lousy job with my husband’s  shirts-  how difficult can it be to launder and press a man’s shirt properly??

Do yourself a favor and do not go to Brighton Cleaners. They are simply the worst you will ever encounter.

Major language barrier. Took a dress in to be pressed/ steamed and they preserved it and charges $200! When I told them it was not what we asked to be done it was basically too bad this has been done and you must pay for it.

My mom just took a dress in to be cleaned and when she went to pick it up the woman said her husband put dress in as wrong style and wanted to charge us close to $10 more than what our pick up slip stated.

This business is run by a Korean lady and her husband and they are very nice but if they are going to run a business they need to be able to communicate with their customers so correct job gets done and you can’t charge more than what was promised….

Beware! I had been a loyal, and I thought, a valued customer since Brighton Cleaners first opened, taking all my dry cleaning and laundry there with never a complaint.  I was shocked then when I went to drop off some shirts after the New Year they rudely refused to take them after I had stood in line behind two other customers picking up and dropping off laundry.  Their stated reason?  Apparently, I have too many shirts! Notwithstanding that I'm a white-collar guy and typically go through 5 dress shirts plus assorted casual shirts a week, as far as Brighton cleaners are concerned, I didn't dry clean my suits enough for them to value me as a customer.  What can I say, I rarely wear the same suit twice in a week. I must have too many suits in my wardrobe for Brighton Cleaners!  Yorgey's Dry Cleaners is happy to have my business, and they are doing a great job on all my cleaning; shirts, suits, sport coats, dress pants, sweaters, etc..  As a result, I can wholeheartedly recommend Yorgey's. Good riddance Brighton Cleaners.

I came to Brighton Cleaners for the first time this morning as I'm visiting family and from out of town. For one shirt, they wanted to charge me 7.75 and when I asked why it was so expensive, they said it was because it was a plus-size shirt. The majority of my clothes are dry clean only, so I have a lot of experience with different cleaners and I have never experienced being charged more based on size. Went right up the road to Kissel Cleaners and was a much better experience (and price!). Steer clear of this place.
