I brought a pair of trousers and a pleated dress without sleeves to get cleaned and I was charged an outrageously expensive fee. At the point when I brought my clothes in,  I asked the attendant,  "how much will it cost", she said I will receive an email. I received that email when my clothes were ready to be picked up, not giving me a choice at all to decide on my budget. At my old resident drycleaners I paid less than half of this fee, and the pleats on my dress were crisp as opposed to Best Cleaners in Apopka. Thank you for your service, but I will make the trip back to my old drycleaners. It wasn't worth the money. I think I paid for how fancy they are; they're drive-thru, has pick up and drop off services and communication & billing is via email. I'll pass.

I had sportcoat sleeves adjusted at the Heathrow location. The tailor was knowledgeable and accommodating of my timeline. Price was better than expected, too. They even had it sent to the Apopka location, closer to where I was staying. I could not be happier with the whole experience.

I reviewed this business 3 years ago and my review has disappeared. However I am reposting. If you have ever been here you know the lady inspects each piece prior to acceptance. When I picked up my clothes she lied to me and said I brought in my shirt with the label melted into my shirt. In reality they damaged my shirt and heat pressed the label too hot which then melted the label onto my shirt. I feel strongly about being lied to and that day the lady looked me straight in the face and lied. I have not been back and do not recommend this cleaner. We should expose unethical businesses and I will never support a liar.

We've been customers for 3 years, but unfortunately we're looking for new cleaners because their prices have become unreasonably high. About two months ago, they dry-cleaned a few long dresses for me for about $20/ each which was already higher than what it was previously. Now it's $30 for midi dresses and $21 or $23 for a short knit dress. Polo shirts were $5 now they're about $9.50.

They are friendly and welcoming there but the quality of their work has not increased with the higher prices. I've had to bring back a few pieces for incomplete or improper cleaning.

If you have no experience with GOOD DRY Cleaners elsewhere in the U.S. you will be hoodwinked here. The service is mediocre & they will try to price gouge you. They will give you one price when you leave an item & try to change it when you pick it up! THEY will try to lie & say they called you. When you catch the deceit they try to play victim but can't get around the Technology that proves they are LIARS & THIEVES.
Read your receipt!  THEY ARE STEALING A FEW DOLLARS ON EVERY RECEIPT at times by manipulating numbers like 1 & 4 & 7. STAY AWAY!!!

Came here to have shirts tailored into tanks tops. Brought them a sample. They only cut the sleeves off did not trim the neck line and charged me as much we I was paying at my previous lady who unfortunately retired. I will not be coming back for any services. Miscommunication or not, items were not completed properly and for 15$ per shirt to cut off the sleeves and sew a line. (Something anyone can do, the neck line is the hard part)

Horrendous service. I found this place on Google. I was about to drop off  3 dresses o be cleaned  when the guy gave me an invoice for $56!!  I said.. "whooaa, $56?" He said yes because they spot clean and really take their time. The clothes were not soiled. I told them OK. I'll just clean one dress today (the most important one). He SHOVED all 3 dresses back to me and said "ok, you take them."    I said " I will leave one to get cleaned"... just to make sure he understood. He said "no, is ok".  I politely googled another spot  further down the street with better ratings. The staff was friendly.  The owner was there and  he was very warm and inviting. Best of all..my 3 dresses will only cost me $30 not $56.. I would never recommend this place based on their rude behavior. I actually told the old guy "shame on you" as I walked out.

They do a great job of cleaning and pressing clothes. They are very kind, friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them.

They took my order, cleaned and returned everything to me on time. The outside says $2.75 Cleaners - receipt says Trinity Cleaners.  Price is very reasonable. Pre-payment IS required. Plenty of parking but you might have to walk a bit because that section of the shopping center is very busy.

I love this place! I just moved to the area and was looking for a dry cleaners, when I found Trinity Cleaner.  I highly recommend this business for any of your dry cleaning needs. Despite their prominent signage promising a same-day service ("in by 9 AM, out by 5 PM"), my clothes were slated for release the following day at 5 PM, contradicting their advertised turnaround time.

The situation escalated when a staff member, clearly lacking professionalism, slammed the register shut and advised me to call back later for managerial assistance. Subsequent attempts to reach the manager revealed an unwavering refusal to offer any discounts and a dismissal of the advertised service timeline as a mere suggestion.

This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the transparency and integrity of Trinity Cleaner's operations. If this is the level of customer service exhibited in front of clients, it raises valid questions about the treatment our garments receive behind closed doors. I cannot recommend Trinity Cleaner based on this disheartening encounter, and I will be seeking laundry services elsewhere in the future.

I have used this place several times from dry cleaning to a simple was and fold. I have had to find another place for wash and fold. Wash and fold are charged by the weight. Seems that the device that weighs the laundry has been broken, and I don't think they are gonna replace it.
They also seem to be hiring kids now. They work hard, and I feel they just need more training. They also do not do the best folding job, I have had to re fold everything i got back. I will continue to use for dru cleaning only, at which they do a good job at a fair price.

Awesome concept, they uniquely have nice and well-maintained washers and dryers outside their store for after-hours use. The machines are payable with a card which is a very nice touch instead of needing quarters. I appreciate that they have security cameras, it's well lit and they have outside folding areas that are covered if it rains. This place is perfect in a pinch!

My recent visit to World o' Suds Coin Laundry at 430 E Main St, Apopka, turned into an absolute nightmare, forcing me to leave with a load of soaking wet laundry and a determination to never return.
I was in the midst of doing my laundry, correcting a simple mistake where I had paid for the wrong machine with the tap-to-pay system. As anyone knows, sometimes you need to shift things around to get your loads right. But instead of understanding, an employee accused me of wrongdoing, demanding to know why I was moving my clothes.
I tried to explain the situation, that I was simply correcting my payment error, but she simply could not comprehend or accept my explanation. Her tone was accusatory and frankly, quite bizarre. It was clear she was not interested in helping or understanding, only in questioning.
This was not just a strange encounter; it was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Being treated like a suspect while trying to do a basic chore is unacceptable. As a result of this unbelievably poor customer interaction, I packed up my still-wet laundry and left. My business, and my future laundry, will definitely be going elsewhere.

Security was great, the laundry was clean, it has several change machines and the workers there were polite and helpful.  We met Brad - the manager.  A nice-looking young man, who went out of his way to make this experience kinda fun.
