Awesome concept, they uniquely have nice and well-maintained washers and dryers outside their store for after-hours use. The machines are payable with a card which is a very nice touch instead of needing quarters. I appreciate that they have security cameras, it's well lit and they have outside folding areas that are covered if it rains. This place is perfect in a pinch!

Unbelievable Customer Service & Wet Laundry Exit at World o' Suds My recent visit to World o' Suds Coin Laundry at 430 E Main St, Apopka, turned into an absolute nightmare, forcing me to leave with a load of soaking wet laundry and a determination to never return. I was in the midst of doing my laundry, correcting a simple mistake where I had paid for the wrong machine with the tap-to-pay system. As anyone knows, sometimes you need to shift things around to get your loads right. But instead of understanding, an employee accused me of wrongdoing, demanding to know why I was moving my clothes. I tried to explain the situation, that I was simply correcting my payment error, but she simply could not comprehend or accept my explanation. Her tone was accusatory and frankly, quite bizarre. It was clear she was not interested in helping or understanding, only in questioning. This was not just a strange encounter; it was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Being treated like a suspect while trying to do a basic chore is unacceptable. As a result of this unbelievably poor customer interaction, I packed up my still-wet laundry and left. My business, and my future laundry, will definitely be going elsewhere.

Excellent coin laundry. Our washer broke so my wife and I used this coin laundry while waiting for our washer to be fixed. Security was great, the laundry was clean, it has several change machines and the workers there were polite and helpful. We met Brad - the manager. A nice-looking young man, who went out of his way to make this experience kinda fun.

Very busy place. Lots of people are trying to get their clothes clean. Washing machines in different sizes. Employee walking around helping people as needed. Coin machines in various locations make it easy to get change to use on washing machines. Very convenient. Parking available.
