I'll give it 2 stars because it's open. Tammy is not friendly, she's aggressive about the way that she demands her washer is filled and quarters are inserted. Added grumbling about customers putting quarters in and having them get stuck so she has to get an expensive repair. It only makes sense to explain it in a friendly way if you want customers to return. I won't ever again.

We just moved here recently and I don’t have my washer hooked up yet. So glad I found this place. I’ve been to this laundromat 5-6 times already. I love it. It’s quiet, clean and owner is polite. It’s never too busy so you’re not waiting to use any machines. I even bring my kids sometimes. They love the little vending machines and books to read while we wait. The clothes wash and dry quickly and reasonably priced.

I went in, thinking I would get my white oxfords dry cleaned and starched. I got a ticket with one price. I get to the office and they call and tell me that these oxfords were blouses, so I was charged double what the ticket said. I went back to pick up my dry cleaning and this was what I got…a bunch of wrinkled shirts, which I will have to iron before I wear them anywhere respectable. I was in Frankfort working. I picked up my dry cleaning expecting to be able to dress with pristine dry cleaning and definitely didn’t expect to have iron at the price I was charged. This is what I got for double the price.

I live in Lawrenceburg and needed some items dry cleaned for my husband's trip this coming week. They were quick and efficient. Took them two days to do it versus the turnaround that I was seeing at some of the other places in harrodsburg in Frankfort which was taking 4 to 5 days

WARNING - They are extremely heavy-handed with the chemicals in their dry cleaning process!  The chemicals are so strong that they don't subside despite my husband immediately unwrapping and airing out his clothes.  It's so bad that he cannot be around me with his work clothes on because it triggers my asthma.  The chemicals then transfer from his dress shirts to his undershirt and skin during the day so he cannot be near me in the evening without showering.  This is a toxic hazard to everyone, but you need to avoid using Concord in Versailles, KY if you have anyone in your household with breathing issues, with migraine issues, on chemo, or with other health issues that make them susceptible to airborne chemicals.  He has requested they use less chemicals numerous times, but they seem to be using more and more.

Fairly regular customer.  I recently received a shirt back with a new stain on it.  Upon returning it, they apologized.  Received a call shortly after with another apology and offer to make me whole.  A couple days later, I received a check for a replacement shirt.  Accidents happen in business, they handled it and we can move on, no drama at all- the way it should be.

A TV to watch in the main laundry, a public bathroom available. Very big upgrade from the other owner .  A change machine and atm is also there . Attendant Amanda has small bottles of detergent and softener and dryer sheets for sale .  Attendant is very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful experience here! We were affected by the flooding along the Kentucky River, and had an absolute mountain of laundry to wash. The owner was kind enough to let us take over an entire row of his machines, and even preloaded the first batch of quarters for us. The facility was clean and up-to-date, only one machine had any trouble and he took care of it quickly. The AC units are set to keep the room pleasantly cool, even with lots of dryers running. No burnt smells from the dried clothes, the mega dryers in the second room are awesome and enormous - very cheap at $3. We were able to process all the clothes for an entire household, family of seven, in 8 hours. Will return whenever we need to! Thanks guys!

Only 5 washing machines working. $200 each ain’t bad. Standard top load drum machines. No parking! Bathroom says out of order. Do same maintenance!!!

I have been to other places when my dryers and washer broke. This time my washer broke. This is the cleanest place. Period. It is air conditioned, have change machines, vending machines for snacks, beverages, detergents, bleach, etc. The floor is super clean, and overall pleasant. You only need $2.00 for the washer. I met the owner and she was nice and pleasant as well. The only drawback is parking, but she said there would be more spaces available later.

$2 wash cycle, $1.75 dry cycle. Place is clean. They've got a bathroom and vending machines for snacks and laundry items like detergent and dryer sheets. There are chairs to sit on while you're waiting and folding shelves.

No sign on door as to when last load can go in. One would think 2 hours is enough to finish a load.  Once we put our money in, we find out last load at 8:00 and it was minutes after that.  Owner comes over camera and asks other patrons what cycle the washer is on yet he could have come over the camera when we walked in to let us know.  Or, had proper signage.

We won't be back. Last time we needed to use the restroom and you have to call for a code to access.  That took 30 minutes.   This issue was avoidable all around. Now we'll avoid this place.

It's ok.. only problem is when I went to get change next door the lady told me not to over fill them which is understandable. But when I put $7 in the big washer not even a big load cause all of the other washer were taken up. All it did was spin like it was checking the amount in the washer, never started. So I went back next door to ask the lady and she said we aren't part of that business... Excuse me? I got 40 dollars in change from them next door. Back again in June'25: still a nice business. But the buttons on the dryers to choose cycle don't feel real. Also, the nice, high folding table should be marked as such. Today there are people sitting at it with their food, drinks and detergents on it, taking up all the space, partial laying on the table and certainly soiling the surface in the process. And that while there are plenty of other chairs and tables to lounge while waiting. Ridiculous!
Easiest solution: just take away those highchairs.

Beautiful big machines! I needed the biggest one for a couple of comforters and a blanket. It's $6.75 for 40 min with extra rinse. They also have smaller machines for less money. Most of them are front loaders and they have 4 top loaders. I believe they have 4 different sizes of washing machines.
The dryers seemed to be $1.50 by default for 30 min.
You can pay with quarters or CC's/DC's.
This place is very roomy, airy and bright. Nice laundry carts but not enough,, i think only 3. 2 folding tables. Seating is provided as well. Staff is always on premises.
It could be cleaner though. The outside of the machines should be wiped down at least once a day. The floor is very dirty. If cleanliness is not kept up it won't look nice for long.

I recently visited Wilmore Wash House and was thoroughly impressed! They offer both dry cleaning services and self-service washers and dryers, which is super convenient. The machines are modern and efficient, and the place is kept very clean. Plus, they have free Wi-Fi and comfortable seating while you wait. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this place for all your laundry needs!

I love the Wilmore Wash House! It's convenient and clean, and open self serve on weekends.I especially love the machines that wash 6 loads at a time! I can do all my laundry ( family of 4) for the week in an hour. Also, I use the app and so no need for lots of quarters.

I would give this dry cleaner zero stars. They ruined my dress. I called Mike who was “upper management”. He would not take responsibility. He blamed it on the dyes in the dress. I dropped it off to be dry cleaned, not ruined. He offered me 100 dollars but insisted I drop the dress back off at Harts so that he could send it through an insurance process. I asked that he reimburse me first and then I would drop it off so that he could complete his insurance process. Also,  when I picked up my ruined dress, the cashier wanted to charge me.  I am upset about my dress being ruined. My husband will drop it off. Let’s see what happens. I will post what Hart’s dry cleaner does.

If I could do 0 stars I would! Dropped my wedding dress off and was told it would be ready Tuesday August 1st, I drove all the way to Lexington for it after the man on the phone said it would be there at 4pm. It was not there not ready. Called twice a day each day since and they finally said on Thursday it would be there. Here comes Thursday August 3rd we go to pick it up and they CANT FIND IT!!! Finally after 40 minutes they say it's at the Broadway location and to pick it up from that store (NOT THE STORE WE DROPPED IT OFF TO) so we had to waist MORE gas and time to go hunt down my dress. Fast forward to my wedding day when we finally take it out of the bag August 19th and the griddle was stuck together and had horrible creases in it then all of this all over my dress! This place is an absolute joke! They charged me $185 to take my dress from one side of lexington to the other! That was all they did with it besides somehow getting these marks on it. I will be getting in contact with the BBB.

I bought my husband a Loro Piana sweater for his birthday while we were in New York City. It was $2300.00 we brought it in to be cleaned with several other items. When we returned to pick it up the sweater was not included with the other items. We were instructed to call the owner. When I called him he said he would look into it and get back to me. Never got a call back I had to call him back. When I finally got a hold of him he was irate and chewed me out. He said he reviewed the tapes and he said he saw a dark item included in the clothes I received back. I told him that it would be impossible to see any of the clothing while it had a plastic bag over everything and there was around 10 items. Then he said he never received the item to be cleaned then started to yell at me again and hung up on me. Something is very shady about this place. After talking with a few friends they are known for losing items and giving back cloths that have not even been cleaned. Beware of this shady place.

In November I took in a small tablecloth that was custom made with an expensive fabric that I had purchased in Seattle 2 yrs before. When I picked up the tablecloth it was shredded in places, bleached in other places. It was a throw away. I contacted the manager and asked for compensation. He argued with me on 2 different occasions until he finally realized I was not going to go away. He demanded that I present a receipt for the fabric & labor, which I did not have due to move from Seattle to Lexington. Finally, out of urgency, I went to Joanne's Fabric and purchased a cheaper fabric to have made into tablecloth. It was only about $15.00 I think. In the end he sent me a check for $25.00 to compensate for the $45.00 a yard fabric and $100.00 labor cost for hand-made. I was really angry with this experience. He accused me of bringing in an old, damaged cloth just to get compensation for it! Now really, who would take in a piece of fabric that was shredded and bleached and then pay to have it dry cleaned! Still burned up about my experience at Hart's...and tell everyone I can not to go there...ever.

They did not clean half of our clothes.  My suits where not even touched.  I was very unsatisfied with the service they provided.  I had to find another company to clean the rest after paying them over a hundred dollars for my clothing.

I reached out to them about the complaint they refused to refund me the money and said that it was not there fault.  Will never use them again.
