My first experience at this location was not the best but it wasn’t bad neither. As I have become a regular customer I can honestly that the place is clean for the most and staff is friendly, at least for my experience. Prices are reasonable. I will continue to wash here for the remainder of my work stay.

Wowee!  Had them do pick up/deliver on my laundry about a week ago and I was blown away....they were great about letting you know where they were in the process in addition to communicating effectively about deliver and pick-up times.  Would definitely recommended if you were looking for someone to take a "load" off your shoulders!

Been a customer here 5 years. The facility is always clean and the ladies working here have always said hello as you enter and thank you as you leave. Washers cost $3 and up depending on the cycle and the driers work well (almost too well sometimes hehe [hot]) and cost a quarter for 8 minutes & usually gets things dry at 24 minutes-75cents. It's a little loud (to be expected from the washers) and it can get busy in there with the driers but I've never had to wait for one yet, thankfully. Grateful for a nice laundromat in Belen and kudos to the ladies on staff for their friendliness and cleanliness of the machine and facility.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this dry cleaner for 8 years, but unfortunately, my recent experience was the final straw.

I dropped off two dress shirts and a pair of slacks on a Wednesday, and I was told they’d be ready by Monday. When I arrived Monday morning at 10 AM, I was informed that the person who presses clothes hadn’t come in yet and that my order might be ready by 4 PM. I later received a text around 2 PM saying it was ready—but by that time, I had already rearranged my schedule and decided to come the next day. Why tell me they’ll be ready Monday if they actually won’t be ready until the end of the day? That only gives customers a narrow window before closing.

When I picked up my items on Tuesday, I was shocked to find that my shirts weren’t even pressed. The explanation? I didn’t specify light, medium, or heavy starch. In the 8 years I’ve used this place, I have never once been asked to clarify that—and frankly, these are dress shirts. Why wouldn’t they be pressed by default?

I could’ve just washed and ironed them myself at home and saved the trouble. After years of loyalty, I’m disappointed to say I won’t be returning.

Ownership changed and quality dropped. Starch stains, jeans and slacks not pressed from the thighs up and double creased. When I pointed out in person a broken machine was the blame. Nice people but the product isn’t up to par.

Always excellent service and friendly staff.  I've had alterations done to several items of clothing and have been very satisfied.  Would recommend for anyone's dry cleaning needs.

It's clean and most of the time in good working condition. When something is wrong the owners are responsive and they get it handled in a reasonable amount of time.

The price is per load or good as well.  A full load with dry is only about $3.50.

Absolutely rude I’d posted closing time is 10pm shouldn’t it close at 10pm with out harassing customers at 8pm, especially if the attendant is going to talk about smoking crack and the experiences the last time I was here very unprofessional to hire crack smokers to harass people so they can go home and smoke.

(Just to add from your reply) - I did start my wash before the final wash time at 8 the was was 48minutes I put a timer on my phone which the timers on your machines aren’t right and wasn’t able to let my clothes completely dry due to being harassed and on top of that threatening to lock me in the laundry mat is insane to do also I’m not a liar maybe you should do more of a background check and stuff to who you let run your business there was a dude who actually got there after me and he didn’t even get to dry his clothes due to being pushed out (verbally)

Washers are awesome they have 3 different size washers and 25 cent dryers that are hot you actually need 50cents and clothes are dry.

Showed up at 8:30 pm to do a load of laundry and it was closed. Sign clearly states 10 pm. No sign say when last wash is.

The place looked clean and the machines appeared to be in good condition.  The reason I say "appeared" is because I didn't have the opportunity to use them. I went there for the first time and got there at about 7:30pm on a recent Sunday.  The signs outside said it was open till 10pm daily and last wash was at 8pm. It wasn't crowded and I was planning to use multiple machines so I could finish sooner.  Upon entering,  a woman asked us if we had multiple loads.  Before I could respond,  she mentioned that she was going to close and referred us to other laundromats.
I had decided to go there since it had high ratings but oh well...

I dropped my brand new clean curtain off at Cowboy Cleaners on 8/10 and paid $8. I asked for them to be hemmed to the length of my desire. I picked my curtain up & was charged an additional $9. When I fully observed my curtain I noticed orange stains all across the bottom. I went back this morning to receive a refund for paying twice & I was told that their system deletes information after you’ve paid, so because of their poor system I was forced to pay twice for trash work. I noticed a lot of signs that emphasized their preference of cash payments, a lot of signs that made sure to negate them for any responsibility of damaged or unsatisfactory work. Receipts are very important to them because they do not organize their payments or work orders in a way that will benefit clientele. Cowboy Cleaners stained my curtain and clearly has zero regard for customers satisfaction. I recommend steering so clear from this company, they do not care about you or your belongings & will give you a low quality experience.

I am so disappointed!!! I have been a customer for so many years. It breaks my heart. That I drop off my Feather Down Comforter. Yes it was there longer than 30 days I have gotten a call in the past when i have not picked up within a week. I went to pick it up I was told it was lost and a supervisor would call me back A week later I had to call back. I was told it was donated. She said it was my fault.  I should take care of my stuff if it's expensive. I would like to talk to the owner.

I just brought a formal gown in for a hem and the ladies were so helpful in pinning it for me! They video chatted with the seamstress to make sure she could do what i needed and in the timeframe i needed. They were so helpful and sweet and you literally cannot beat the price! Really bad customer service. They always seem to have an excuse why they cannot dry clean my dress cloths. The one time they took my cloths they lost my expensive suit vest. It’s too bad they are about the only dry cleaners in Los Lunas, maybe if they had good competition they would have no choice but to change the way they do business. In the mean time I guess I will have to take my business to Albuquerque it’s a shame really.
