I was pretty happy with it, I just hated how the change machine was out of order but it was clean and looked presentable and got the job done. Cost was okay I think that took the a point and one of the washer started to shake really bad and make loud noises when it had just a little bit of shirts . Great place though.

So many machines are out of order, the machines take quarters but the quarter machines don't work. Don't wait until someone calls you out to run your business properly. Its basically theft when you allow people to put money into machines that won't work. Do better or sell the place.

Dirty...most machines..washers and dryers are out of service. Coin dispensary aren't always working. Not kept up to par or cleaned like it used to be a few years ago

Also, the owner originally commented and argued with me about my post, then deleted it. .......... original post: I was told today that I could only do my laundry if I could get them done by 8. That was 45 minutes away. I have no idea why they close so early, it leaves alot of people to have to drive 20 minutes away to do their laundry. It doesn't make sense, when they have cameras, to loose all those customers.

Great prices for the machines, and the owner comes in and asks customers if their clothes are dried. Best part, the parking lot was repaved, so no big potholes. The repaving makes a major difference!

31 quarter for Large washer and 20 for regular then 25 cents to dry - the place is almost clean I guess & I will most likely be back.

It was so expensive! More then most places in my opinion. The place was clean on the inside but the parking lot has big pot holes all in the driveway. Made it difficult to drive on!

I came here to do laundry. Hadn't been to Jackson in some years but it needed done on our trip so we stopped here. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! It was very dirty. Bathroom smelled like something dead in it so I couldn't use it. It had really changed since yesterday. ago. It used to be kept so clean and orderly. The man who used to own it was very sincere and I'm not sure if he still manages it.

I was there recently and hot water is available for the washers. I also found out the temperature for the dryers was increased. So my clothes dried pretty quick.
However, don't leave clothing with decals or  screen prints in the dryer for long.

Apparently there's a new owner. Prices are insane.. The top load washers are $2.50. double loads $3. Triple loads $5. The huge washers are $7.50. The dryers went from 10 minutes for a quarter to 5 minutes for a quarter. Granted.. the place is cleaner. There's a few new machines. But being the only laundromat in town, since the other one closed, people have to pay these insane prices.

Used to be a really nice place, but since the gentleman who previously owned it retired, the place has spiraled. Everything is filthy, piles of trash and dryer sheets on the floor and under the tables, dead bugs in the washing machines. Went in today and both change machines were completely empty. Nothing is being cleaned, let alone sanitized. I’d be ashamed to run my business this way, especially when it’s the main laundromat in town. Going to start driving to Rio to do my laundry, it’s worth the drive just to have a clean space to work in.

This laundromat needs A LOT of work!!! The washers only work half of the time. I have left plenty of notes explaining in detail what's wrong with the washers many times, and surprise they haven't been fixed! This use to be the best laundromat in town, but now it's going down hill fast. Suggestion try actually fixing something or replacing broken washers.

Changers not working empty. The 3 extra large washers not in operation. People putting their clothes in dryers and leaving for hours tieing them up. Floors never swept.

So sad! This place is nasty and poorly maintained. Obvious by adding self locking doors you had no intentions on coming and cleaning anything.

Staying in the Hocking Hills area and needed to do laundry.  Very nice clean laundry mat.  Have Electrolux washer and dryers.  Prices for wash (as of 7/26/23) $3-$7.  Dryer for 30 minutes $1.50.  Would.highly recommend this place if you need to wash clothes!

Nice clean little small but the clothes spin out and are not still soaking wet like some of the other laundry places and I only needed to put money in the dry for 25mins and all my clothes were dry even the towels and jeans

Village Laundry

Broken washing machines and the ones that do work, don't work properly. Water and soap all over the floor. Bathroom out of order. There is no outside light outside. Please do not allow your elderly nor disabled family members here... especially after dark. It's filthy. But hey, they have 16 cameras watching you. They just can't afford to fix the equipment inside. Horrible experience.

The bathroom is open now. Washers and dryer’s are being replaced and repaired.

Under new ownership with updates made. New owner has really turned this place around. Nice little laundromat with good operating machines and very affordable. Will be coming back soon!

This place is the worst it smelled like dead rats. You only get 4 minutes per each quarter on the dryer and then it doesn't even dry your clothes. Really if you can avoid this place you should I will not be going back.
