I was looking for a new dry cleaner and read the stellar reviews for Metrocrest Cleaners. I decided to take a few items to them. I had 2 blazers, a dress, a pant set, a duster, a romper and two blouses. The romper needed alterations. I took my items in and explained what I needed. “$162. $100. It will be $100.” I agreed although it seemed like she made the price up. In two weeks, I returned. I gave my receipt to an older lady working that morning. She looked for about 15 minutes but was unable to find my items. “Come back on Monday”, she said and I agreed. I took my receipt and returned to my car. I looked at the receipt. The total read $35 with 4 items and a different card number. I re-entered the dry cleaners and informed the lady I had been given the wrong receipt. She asked my name and once she pulled me up in the system, she was able to find my clothes immediately. She hung them on the front rack. I immediately looked at the romper and saw that it had not been altered. I informed the lady that I wanted alterations on that item. “The person who does alterations is out.” She asked if I wanted them to keep the item and I declined. The dress, sheer, black with a faux leather shoulder and collar, had all of the leather ripped up. The lady told me that I had brought the item in that way, and they did not touch it. She deducted $15 from my bill.

I will be looking for another cleaners. The prices seemed random, I never got the alterations I paid for, and I was given the wrong receipt which caused unnecessary confusion.

I wish my experience was as good as those in the reviews I read.

Metrocrest Dry Cleaners is amazing! I was recommended to Metrocrest by Legacy Tailor in Dallas. I reached out and Wade was able to meet all my needs. Not only do they do an amazing job put their prices are unmatched. I bought my dress during the annual National Bridal Sale. It was a off the rack dress and was in bad shape. When I got it back it looked brand new!! They made my day so special. You can absolutely trust them with something as important as your wedding dress! I am so grateful I found them!

I been here a few times and they always do an excellent job with all clothes, as for customer service I would say other wise Puja always has a very rude attitude towards me, don’t know why I simply just drop off what I need and pick it up later when it’s ready but today was not it. Although other times I would just brush it off and go on about my day, today topped it off. These people are deceptive. They ruin clothes and the owner says “he doesn’t know.” He broke buttons on my blouse and tried to sew another one thinking I wouldn’t notice. If I could give zero stars I would. I also brought a dress for alterations ONLY but he washed it and caused it to shrink but says he never cleaned it. However, the tag from the store was still on it and visibly had gotten wet from washing. He also put a hole in another dress and tried to cover it up then claims it was already there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER. I brought in ONE silk shirt that cost $500 that he ruined on top of my other blouses also ruined and he tries to insult me by saying we don’t have the money for our cleaning bill that was less than my one top. Before we went back to try and remedy the situation I called to let him know the issues we discovered at home and he hung up on me I guess thinking I wouldn’t come back to the store. Bad business. If you look at other reviews they all say the same thing.

They ruined my wife’s silk garments and broke a button and sewed a different one and thought we wouldn’t notice. We asked for a refund and they refused. Never go here they will never take responsibility for ruining your clothes.

I was very dissatisfied with these services. This was my first time visiting this establishment and I brought in my white Whataburger uniform shirts. They were not able to get out simple coffee and soda stains. They charge $6 a shirt and still were not able to get stains out and I was very unhappy. I specifically showed the lady at the front counter they're staying she marked them with tape and did not give any suggestion that they might not be able to treat those things. When picking up my uniform shirts I was not giving a reasonable discount considering they were not able to get out the stains. Bleaching and ironing are things that I've already do to the shirts myself. The only reason why I brought them in is for the removal of the stains and that was not accomplished. I will not be returning very disappointed.

I have looked long and hard for a dry cleaner who was willing to take custom silk drapes made by Childress. They did. Great job and didn’t charge highland park prices.  I am going back with more drapes soon.

I've washed here several times since I moved into the neighborhood, and for the most part it is a very clean environment. The attendants are pretty helpful but when it comes to the rude customers I have to stay I've seen some things here. I know some places have lifted the mask rules in their places of business but obliviously they ask you to wear one here, and when a Employee has to ask you several times to put your mask on it is ridiculous btw, & you shouldn't be allowed back. The guy there who has to deal with those type of customers daily 👏🏼👏🏼 I applaud you sir and may god be by your side always. I honestly don't understand why the customers are always aggressive if they're there to wash, like just comply.

This is the second time I had an unpleasant experience at this laundry. A week before my wedding, they didn't have my suit jacket ready 3-4 days after the pick up time, talked with the manager and came to a resolution and was okay.
2 days before my wedding, I had 2 plain white shirts and a simple of the market dress were in for cleaning and
1. The shirt came with some black web-like dust that just needed brushing off.
2. I was asked to pay more than $55 for 2 shirts and a simple dress which were not even worth that much for some services that wasn't even perfect and didn't ask for. I had to run with them because it was rushy time.
Not coming back again.

Unfortunately, my experience here wasn’t great. My clothes were returned with noticeable wrinkles and didn’t feel properly cleaned. I expected better quality for the price. I won’t be using their services again.

They tore apart my clothes and send a pic later says are u aware of damage! Also today I went to pick up my clothes and on the Iink provided by them added I am on my way . When I get there they said we dont have power. So could have told sooner. Why did have such links if there is no use to it! Also they send ur clothes to other locations they dont have the service at this facility . Dont trust this location at least

Hill Park is by far my favorite cleaners. The staff is friendly & they put effort into learning their regular customers. They offer a drive up pick up option, which is ideal on cold or rainy days. They also have an app where you can pay in advance, schedule a delivery, or let them know you’re on the way to pick up. I’ve never had a bad experience with customer service or my orders. I’ve tried other cleaners with more affordable prices and I got exactly what I paid for, so I was happy to find Hill Park a year ago.

I have only used Hill Park twice, but so far I have enjoyed them! Currently, they are my go-to dry cleaners. The prices are nice as well as the turnaround times! They did forget one of my items once, but it was quickly rectified and I got my item back dry cleaned the same day! I think Hill Park is consistent and reliable!

The first place I went to couldn’t do it but said they would call J’s and see if someone there could help.  Sure enough they said go there and ask for Alberto.   He took my stuff and said I’ll call you shortly when they are finished.   They were done right on time.   Really appreciated Alberto going above and beyond.   Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service. I am from out of town and had 2 espresso martinis spilled all over my formal wear on a Friday night. The staff here was kind enough to clean and return my clothes to me SAME DAY on Saturday. This allowed me to keep my travel plans Sunday and saved my weekend. Everything came out wonderful. Aulonie was very professional and assisted me with any concerns.

This is no fault of the young lady named above.

The only reason I went from a 5 to 4 star is because my pre wrapped tie for my Class A uniform was ripped apart. The black pins hold the knot were removed and so was the Velcro. It was very embarrassing to only find this out the day I had to wear it for a ceremony, and rushing to find safety pins. I add a photo of what my uniform looked liked before drop off.

Unpon return, they were able to fix the velcro, so I do appreciate that.

I understand mistakes happen which is completely fine. Just be forthright about it. It would not have been an issue, and I would have been able to have it handled prior to a ceremony.

These guys always do an awesome job. They’re quick but thorough and are up front if they think a stain will not be able to be removed. Highly recommend them.

They are nice people, but do not take accountability for their service. I dropped off several items and, while inspecting them after pick-up, realized my silk skirt came back with strange impressions all over. I immediately went back and they stated the impressions were due to the silk being pressed too hard on the machine. They have since “repressed” my skirt twice and the impressions are still there. They refuse to provide a refund or compensation for ruining my skirt and only want to give me store credit. Why would bring more items to a cleaner that can’t manage a simple silk slip skirt? I would recommend you take any items you care about to a different dry cleaner.

See for yourself.  Both my black jacket and my blue suit had obviously been pressed at too hot a temp. You can see the seams of the jackets and the pants.  They're ruined.  The impression of both seams of a pant leg can be seen on side of the pant.  My black suit jacket had more stains on it than when I left it to be cleaned and had lint all over it.  The blue jacket  more wrinkles than when I left it to be cleaned.  Instead of expressing concern, the woman who assisted me defended the work done.

I started coming to Eco Cleaners a few months ago when my previous cleaner closed.  Covid has been hard on the cleaning industry- but fortunately I ran across this company.  Great service, quality cleaning that does not smell, and quick turnaround.  I have enjoyed getting to know the owners - who have been in Dallas over 30 years. Exceptional company.

Had such a bad experience with this place: I’ve brought a pair of Zimmermann Pants to have them hemmed and at the drop off I’ve asked about the price and lady said 40$. When I picked them up she told me it’s 90$ explaining  that “pants are  wide” I told her she told me a different price and she said that doesn’t matter! She said best she can do is 60$! I took the pants for a trip and whole hem felt apart after an hour of wearing! And I couldn’t wear them at all. Brought them back after my vacation and no apology or anything from her she just said “will be ready in 2 weeks@ I’ve picked them up and maybe it’s my fault I didnt check them but the hem felt apart AGAIN after few hours of wearing!! Such a poor customer service: this lady is extremely unpleasant to work with and charging so much  for a poor workmanship!?! Absolutely the worst experience ever!

This is a horrible job of hemming keeping original hem. As you can see the original photo, and after. When i pick you after 1 week, just hang it to me, no even asked to try it on. Service is also horrible, when you call it, she pick up then hung up, i try 4 times, doing the same. I try again then go straight to voice. I am not even sure they open or not. I brought many 7 jean, this is the first time running to this problem after hemming. If you dont want to throw away your new 2 hundreds dollar jean, dont bring it here

Terrible! $130 to do extremely minimal taper on two pairs of pants (took in 1/2 inch in total on last 7 inches of each pant leg) I thought well they must be good so I'll pay it...I was WRONG!! Lol.

Both pant legs are noticeably different length (Right leg shorter by 1 inch on one pair and left leg shorter by 1.25 inches on other pair) I understand it's not a perfect art and we're altering the clothing but to be that off on both pairs is absolutely ridiculous.

To add to it they told me 7-10 days which seemed like a long time for the money but they weren't ready for 20 days!

Anyway extremely unhappy and there are much much better tailors that are much cheaper and faster.
