I really like dropping off my cleaning at Barton & Howell. I am always greeted with a smile and the service is top notch.  I recently had a costume with a full ball gown pressed, and it turned out perfectly. It was carefully hung on a hanger and covered in plastic. I really appreciated the extra care they took with my brand new costume. Yesterday I left additional items to be laundered and lightly starched. I have been using this cleaners for 10+ years never had an issue until ownership was changed. I spent a couple hundred dollars at this in the last few months all I ask was that my clothes was done correctly and they have not I have to give credit to the one young man that got it right I spoke with the ship earlier this week. I went there three times and they were not done correctly. this is not to hurt your business, because I never have a problem with my pants or jeans, but my shirts are not done correctly at all. I will provide pictures you can see on the tag where it says folded and hung as you can see they’re not done correctly. I’m going to provide another picture on the way I asked for it to be done. Ownership I read most   of your replies and I’m sure everybody’s not getting it wrong. My clothes was not damaged. I spent a lot of money on my clothes like one of your other clients and this is unacceptable. I do not mind talking to you guys in person. I did to one of the owners earlier this week please get with your staff, and get this problem fixed ASAP. You guys know how to contact me my number is in your system. I've washed here several times since I moved into the neighborhood, and for the most part it is a very clean environment. The attendants are pretty helpful but when it comes to the rude customers I have to stay I've seen some things here. I know some places have lifted the mask rules in their places of business but obliviously they ask you to wear one here, and when a Employee has to ask you several times to put your mask on it is ridiculous btw, & you shouldn't be allowed back. The guy there who has to deal with those type of customers daily 👏🏼👏🏼 I applaud you sir and may god be by your side always. I was very dissatisfied with these services. This was my first time visiting this establishment and I brought in my white Whataburger uniform shirts. They were not able to get out simple coffee and soda stains. They charge $6 a shirt and still were not able to get stains out and I was very unhappy. I specifically showed the lady at the front counter they're staying she marked them with tape and did not give any suggestion that they might not be able to treat those things. When picking up my uniform shirts I was not giving a reasonable discount considering they were not able to get out the stains. Bleaching and ironing are things that I've already do to the shirts myself. The only reason why I brought them in is for the removal of the stains and that was not accomplished. I will not be returning very disappointed.

I have looked long and hard for a dry cleaner who was willing to take custom silk drapes made by Childress. They did. Great job and didn’t charge highland park prices.  I am going back with more drapes soon.

My original cleaners closed down so I gave this place a test run. It’s been about 4 months and we are quite satisfied with the customer service & quality.

Dropped off 6 dress shirts and 4 dress pants last Saturday to the manager (older gentlemen) and was told it will be ready the following Monday. I picked up on Monday from a young woman worker and I kept telling her I was missing one dress shirt. Although the ticket only indicated 5 shirts & 4 pants, I know my personal belongings and what I dropped off. Went home to double check and I was certain I was missing a shirt. I called again and she said she will leave a note for the manager to call me in the morning. The following morning, I never received a phone call so I called myself. When I called the woman, she gave the phone to the manager and I told him my situation. I described to both workers what my dress shirt looked like and how it was one of my favorite shirts. The manager then gaslighted me by saying “sometimes people mistakenly think they brought in 10 things when it’s often 9.” I continuously told him how I was certain I was missing a shirt. He then told me he will work with me and then rudely hung up on me. About a week later and no update. I will never continue my business here again. I understand the company receive lots of items per day, but as a customer, I know the amount of clothing I dropped off and expect to pick up. Not sure why my missing shirt wasn’t indicated on the ticket, perhaps it got ruined or lost, so they deleted it off the ticket. Overall, the other reviews for this place makes sense because other customer notified lost personal clothing as well.

I took a new black shirt to have Dry Cleaned. I specifically ask to have Dry Cleaned become if it's washed the color tends to fade. I know they charge extra for dry clean. I really didn't mind paying extra for dry clean. When I picked it up I checked it and to my biggest fear they washed it and pressed it in the laundry. The material was completely ashy. The area around the color and sleeves was completely damaged. It had lint all over it. I complained to the owner and she was extremely unprofessional. She walked away many time. She brought out a worker to talk to me. He was very kind but why would I want to talk to the worker. The worker is not the owner and plus he had to do his job. First time going and the last. Very unprofessional customer service.

This is the second time I had an unpleasant experience at this laundry. A week before my wedding, they didn't have my suit jacket ready 3-4 days after the pick up time, talked with the manager and came to a resolution and was okay.

1. The shirt came with some black web-like dust that just needed brushing off.
2. I was asked to pay more than $55 for 2 shirts and a simple dress which were not even worth that much for some services that wasn't even perfect and didn't ask for. I had to run with them because it was rushy time.

Unfortunately, my experience here wasn’t great. My clothes were returned with noticeable wrinkles and didn’t feel properly cleaned. I expected better quality for the price. I won’t be using their services again.

They tore apart my clothes and send a pic later says are u aware of damage! Also today I went to pick up my clothes and on the Iink provided by them added I am on my way . When I get there they said we dont have power. So could have told sooner. Why did have such links if there is no use to it! Also they send ur clothes to other locations they dont have the service at this facility . Dont trust this location at least

Hill Park is by far my favorite cleaners. The staff is friendly & they put effort into learning their regular customers. They offer a drive up pick up option, which is ideal on cold or rainy days. They also have an app where you can pay in advance, schedule a delivery, or let them know you’re on the way to pick up. I’ve never had a bad experience with customer service or my orders. I’ve tried other cleaners with more affordable prices and I got exactly what I paid for, so I was happy to find Hill Park a year ago.

I have only used Hill Park twice, but so far I have enjoyed them! Currently, they are my go-to dry cleaners. The prices are nice as well as the turnaround times! They did forget one of my items once, but it was quickly rectified and I got my item back dry cleaned the same day! I think Hill Park is consistent and reliable!

very nice people and thorough cleaning. the garment i brought for cleaning had tiny holes and they were like “hey theres little holes is this still ok for us to clean?” (i already knew about the holes) i really appreciate them double checking instead of just going ahead and cleaning it. really shows they care abt providing a good service to their customers and not just making money.
they treated my vintage wool skirt with the utmost care and it came back looking better than when i initially bought it! nice and clean, they managed to get all the cat hair out of it too and the pleats are crisp its beautiful thank you so much guys!! the only dry cleaners ill trust when im in the DFW area

I’ve been coming here for years and not only is it convenient they do an excellent job with all of my garments. From formal wear to delicates they take great care with my clothes. They are also excellent with fixing items, rips, tears, zippers, etc. recently they changed to Dallas Parkway Cleaners and the staff is friendly, communicate well and give reasonable time frames to expect pick ups. They also now send text message reminds which is GOLD !  Thank you for the excellent work!

I have tried a few different dry cleaners around the area but kept getting my clothes back either still wrinkly or they come with a funky odor. Not here though. Clothes came back perfect and very quick turn around. Also the price was very reasonable and much less expensive than other places i have tried. They also do alterations and the best was they texted me when they found holes in my suits and asked if i wanted them fixed.. also at a very affordable cost too. I think i finally found my local dry cleaners!

They are nice people, but do not take accountability for their service. I dropped off several items and, while inspecting them after pick-up, realized my silk skirt came back with strange impressions all over. I immediately went back and they stated the impressions were due to the silk being pressed too hard on the machine. They have since “repressed” my skirt twice and the impressions are still there. They refuse to provide a refund or compensation for ruining my skirt and only want to give me store credit. Why would bring more items to a cleaner that can’t manage a simple silk slip skirt? I would recommend you take any items you care about to a different dry cleaner.

See for yourself.  Both my black jacket and my blue suit had obviously been pressed at too hot a temp. You can see the seams of the jackets and the pants.  They're ruined.  The impression of both seams of a pant leg can be seen on side of the pant.  My black suit jacket had more stains on it than when I left it to be cleaned and had lint all over it.  The blue jacket  more wrinkles than when I left it to be cleaned.  Instead of expressing concern, the woman who assisted me defended the work done.

I started coming to Eco Cleaners a few months ago when my previous cleaner closed.  Covid has been hard on the cleaning industry- but fortunately I ran across this company.  Great service, quality cleaning that does not smell, and quick turnaround.  I have enjoyed getting to know the owners - who have been in Dallas over 30 years. Exceptional company.

Had such a bad experience with this place: I’ve brought a pair of Zimmermann Pants to have them hemmed and at the drop off I’ve asked about the price and lady said 40$. When I picked them up she told me it’s 90$ explaining  that “pants are  wide” I told her she told me a different price and she said that doesn’t matter! She said best she can do is 60$! I took the pants for a trip and whole hem felt apart after an hour of wearing! And I couldn’t wear them at all. Brought them back after my vacation and no apology or anything from her she just said “will be ready in 2 weeks@ I’ve picked them up and maybe it’s my fault I didnt check them but the hem felt apart AGAIN after few hours of wearing!! Such a poor customer service: this lady is extremely unpleasant to work with and charging so much  for a poor workmanship!?! Absolutely the worst experience ever!

This is a horrible job of hemming keeping original hem. As you can see the original photo, and after. When i pick you after 1 week, just hang it to me, no even asked to try it on. Service is also horrible, when you call it, she pick up then hung up, i try 4 times, doing the same. I try again then go straight to voice. I am not even sure they open or not. I brought many 7 jean, this is the first time running to this problem after hemming. If you dont want to throw away your new 2 hundreds dollar jean, dont bring it here

Terrible! $130 to do extremely minimal taper on two pairs of pants (took in 1/2 inch in total on last 7 inches of each pant leg) I thought well they must be good so I'll pay it...I was WRONG!! Lol.

Both pant legs are noticeably different length (Right leg shorter by 1 inch on one pair and left leg shorter by 1.25 inches on other pair) I understand it's not a perfect art and we're altering the clothing but to be that off on both pairs is absolutely ridiculous.

To add to it they told me 7-10 days which seemed like a long time for the money but they weren't ready for 20 days!

Anyway extremely unhappy and there are much much better tailors that are much cheaper and faster.

Been going here for YEARS! Esmeralda will take amazing care of you! The quality work is outstanding! I trust them for all my dry cleaning and wearing suits daily for work means I use them weekly! Greatly appreciate all their excellent work!
