Big B Cleaners

Have been using this cleaners at the Memorial location for 15 years. And I would never go anywhere else. They are fair, respectful, kind and professional. Quality word. They have even replaced buttons at no charge and one time they showed me something that happened to a garment and gave me credit. Always consistent high quality customer service and cleaning.

If there was a rating worse than poor I would give it to this business. I brought a never worn dress to Big B Cleaners because it had make-up on it when I bought it and they completely RUINED my dress. It has 9 places on it where string is literally hanging off of it. I don't even know how they managed to mess it up like that, it looks like they drug a knife across it. When we called them to complain not only were they extremely rude, they didn't even take responsibility for it because they said a local company cleans the clothes for them. I won't be able to wear the dress to the wedding I bought it for and I will never go back to that terrible place!

I went to show the owner that I was wanting my shirts that I picked up redone. Due to the fact that there were wrinkles in the back of my shirts that were unsatisfactory. He had an attitude with strong facial expressions because I brought my shirts back to him. I had asked him if he could fix it for me since I know from taking them to a previous cleaner it could be done. Maybe his business is so good that he feels he can treat people however he wants to...unkind, rude, unapologetic and could absolutely care less. BUT with a good few word of mouth to some people he doesn't realize he could lose business. All I asked him to do was to straighten out some wrinkles on the shirts that they hard pressed in the shirts. Terry acted like why are you making a issue with this. Well one reason is because I didn't pay you to put wrinkles in my shirt, I paid you to clean and press my shirts wrinkle free. Stay away from this business, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!

They did great job on my clothing but I was surprised by the high prices.. to be fair I do not use the dry cleaners often so I may just not be knowledgeable about the standard prices!

Very kind and hardworking people. The quality of their work is top-notch; we are happy to make this our family's regular option for dry cleaning.
