Clubside Cleaners Memorial

Dropped off this shirt to be cleaned before moving out of town. The shirt wasn’t available for pick up before I left, as promised, and we were told that it was because they had to send it somewhere to have the “spots” removed. There were NO SPOTS on it when it was dropped off. It just had makeup on the collar. Weeks later it arrived in the mail, RUINED, and with this note attached! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Beware of this business!

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced with any dry cleaning business. They make getting your suits cleaned and pressed quick, easy, VERY AFFORDABLE, and professional. Chris is amazing! He made me a priority, and was more than happy to go out of his way to accommodate me. I recommend Clubside Cleaners to ANYONE and EVERYONE! I drop off 3x two piece suit and two blazers on Tuesday and to pick up Friday at 530pm $56.00. I received went home and check them . Not satisfied at all with the cleaning and pressed/iron . Looks like they were wash with whites because I had many white lints on my black,gray,blue suits . Still had my cologne smell so it wasn’t wash properly or at all . So much wrinkles on my blazer in the back . This was my first time using this location cleaners . Never again will I go again . It seems run by young High School students. I recommend you to go elsewhere. Sorry but you didn’t satisfied me for what you offer.

I would not recommend taking any items that you value to Clubside Cleaners. I dropped off a leather item to be cleaned, which they sent out to a third-party vendor. Not only did it take almost eight weeks for my item to be returned to me, the item had been considerably damaged with pin marks, peeling leather, etc. The customer service I received was very poor and Geoff was very argumentative. I was offered a minimal "settlement" that wasn't near the value of the item. I will be taking my business elsewhere and my complaints to the BBB.

I have used clubside twice since moving to the area. At my first visit, I was pleased with the price and product (a simple press to a dress shirt). Because of this, I felt confident in taking a bridesmaids dress to be pressed for a wedding I was due to be in. I asked for quick receive on my dress, and there was a mixup at the factory that caused my dress to be delayed a day. When I was able to get my dress back, I noted two spots on the dress that were not there previously. (One spot looked to be a smudge of something, the other was a white spot possibly caused by excessive heat or a blunt force) On top of that, I was asked to pay 20$ for what was just a press on a knee-length and simple dress (no fancy embroidery, beads, etc--literally a plain dress). Not happy and will be on the lookout for a new, trustworthy cleaner.
