Fun Wash - JFK at McCain

Machine was out of order, took my money. They sent me my money back in the mail... Very nice and well kept might want to consider new machines investment in future. Great service.

Dryers shut off every 3-5 minutes with an error message and both restrooms are locked up with out of order signs. The attendant disappeared so there was no way to get reimbursement for faulty dryers...

This location is always clean. The young lady attendant is always helpful and courteous. I appreciate a close and convenient location.

I’ve never seen rude until I came here and seen how poorly a woman and her children was treated… a employee called someone who doesn’t work there in to attack a woman and her children

I have come to this place 2 days for drop off and no one has been there to accept service. I’m going somewhere else. Big inconvenience. I have called both days to complain and I was told the manager would call back. It’s obvious they do not care about their customers.
