My favorite local cleaners have always tried they're best to put out a consistent quality product. Sometimes I find collar buttons on my button down shirts missing and I complain but they always make it right in the end. I've ask Ann to do my alterations through the years and she is always neat, and through and she has been there 40 years, as long as.i can remember. I gave 4 stars, because pricing has gone up dramatically these last few years, I take a lot less items as before but on specific items I do need them dry cleaned by a professional. 4.5 Stars....After 40 years, that's definitely a really strong endorsement! I have been a customer of this business for over 20 years. They have always done a top notch job on all types of garments, coats and comforters I brought to them. Excellent, friendly folks with quick turn around time.

I tried to make an appointment with the alterations specialist, Mrs. Anne, and got completely ghosted. I went into the actual location on Wednesday January 17th, and the guy at the front gave me her cell phone number and said she prefers texts, so I texted her inquiring about everything I would possibly be needing, and even sent her a picture of my dress, but I never heard anything back. I had to go elsewhere because I need the alterations done by February 1st at the latest. 😞

I've used Northside for years, ever since I was a college student and never had an issue. Recently I took a pair of jeans and dress shirt to be pressed for my husband to wear to a wedding he was in. I picked everything up the Friday before the wedding and didn't realize until I had gotten home that night that I didn't get back the right jeans. I contacted the business and was told to purchase a new pair and bring in the receipt and I would be reimbursed. I thought that was fair. What has made me upset and question the management is when my name was given to the man who's jeans I got by mistake. I didn't not appreciate my name being given out.

Not impressed. Do not bring your wedding dress in to be cleaned. If I could give it 0 stars I would!! I brought my dress in after the wedding to have the stains removed. The stones in the belt were destroyed and the stains were never removed. I picked up the dress and none of the workers bothered to show my the missing stones and destroyed belt. When I brought it back in the same day the worker took pictures of the damage and I was told a manager would contact me Monday morning. I have called 5 times looking for a manager and he is never there! Has never returned my phone call. The dress is damaged and the belt will need to be completely replaced. Horrible customer service. Will never return!!!
