Highlander Laundry & Cleaners

I've been going here for a few years. I hesitated on posting a review but I cannot be silent any longer. I was fine with their overpriced machines. (5-7 dollars for a wash) I was even okay with their inconsistent machines. (not one of them has an accurate timer) But what im not okay with is them adding SLOT MACHINES to the laundromat. Gambling is an illness in this country and highlander has chosen to enable addiction.

Dan comes here to St.Louis area past 14 years only few months in winter before going back to Chicago Northwest Indiana region by Memorial Day.Best place to do laundry even better than a few where I do laundry out here in O Fallon as laundry mats I go to in Northwest Indiana 2, I like alot but one went to a card system and the other was more dirtier, yet still like it as it was like felt like home with nice table and chairs to relax to T.V. while waiting on machine to spin out and finish cycles along with good hot dryers. I say this place is the cleanest. Thanks for also staying open later into evening and night. While others I did like 24 hours open to go anytime back in the Chicago Northwest Indiana region.......Dan Native Blue Island Highland Indiana.

Has large washers and dryers for quilts and bed spreads. Very clean well managed facility

Laundromat is not as clean as it used to be, at least this past weekend it was not. Attendants need to check the machines frequently. Problem: when I checked the trays of machines I planned to use, they were full of detergents in the wrong sections. Just like people couldn't understand the instructions and just dumped detergents in all sections..spent 5 minutes, cleaning one out to use. Maybe there needs to be some guidelines or multiple language instructions. 🤔

This laundry mat is clean with a lot of washers choices for different capacities, nice tables for folding and plenty of dryers. Staff was friendly . I will come back for my laundry cleaning needs!
