Personal Care Cleaner

I took my daughter's dress for her 15th birthday party to them to have it cut the leng. They said they could do it , but they left it shorter on one side than the other. Their excuse was that they cut everything to the same measurement and that the problem was with the original manufacturing. But how could that be if the dress was so long? Anyway, I couldn't argue with them. I didn't want them to touch it anymore, so I told them I was taking it and didn't want them to do anything else. To which they replied that they were only going to refund me half of what I paid for the "alteration," when they should have refunded me the full cost and acknowledged part of what I paid for the dress, since now I have to buy another dress or find someone qualified to fix the mess they made. They ruined my daughter's dress and didn't care; they just gave me excuses. Never go to that place to get alterations.

I took several articles of clothing. 3 we’re silk, one was a ridiculously overpriced Burberry wool coat that I love. They did an amazing job. I will be back. Everyone was friendly, pricing was also excellent. I’m adding that I have used them now a few times for minor repairs. I had seams and buttons done. They did a great job!

Used their dry cleaning services for a dress that had all sorts of stains on it. They were able to remove many of the stains that I thought would be on my dress forever. Cannot recommend enough!

I had some winter coats that I haven't cleaned in an embarassingly-long time. The staff did an excellent job cleaning and taking care of my coats. They're as good as new! The owner is very nice! I highly recommend them. I will be coming here for all of my dry cleaning needs!
