Took my clothes to this place weekly for well over a year. 1 month ago they lost 2 of my shirts. Each week as I continued to drop off/pick up clothing I was asked for my phone number to follow up about my missing shirts. Today I decided not to drop off anymore business until the mystery of my missing clothes had been solved or rectified. Was told they would have to have ownership make a decision on the "amount of store credit" that I would receive. I showed exactly what both items cost me to purchase and was immediately told that I would not receive that much. I stated ok then return my property. What was the resolution? I was asked for my phone number again. Why would I want credit for less than what it cost me to buy? Why am I going to trust you with NOT LOSING my clothes again? Quality work will always fall second to terrible customer service.

Horrible horrible experience with shirt sent to them for cleaning. They wrote with permanent laundry marker my last name on the bottom of my sons dress shirt. I was not notified before hand this was a policy of theirs to permanently mark on clothing that was not theirs. When asked about this, they said they do it on all their shirts sent for laundry so they don't get lost. I would NEVER have given them my shirt if I would have known that they write on my clothes. They will not reimburse for the expensive man's dress shirt and they ruined. They have no intention to make this right. Consumer beware. DO NOT DO BUSINESSES WITH THIS COMPANY. They take liberties with your clothing that is not theirs to take. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!

We love this place. The staff are always friendly, the clothes are always done to 100% of my satisfaction, and they are conveniently located and have been in the same location for years. I'd rather go to a "mom and pop" business anyday over a chain. They pulled off a miracle getting dryed Enfamil off my black wool coat and always have our clothes ready on time.
