Bestway Cleaners

I’ve been coming to Bestway since 2023 for my dry cleaning and have never once been let down in any way. Fantastic customer service, fair pricing, speedy rush orders (I’ve received my clothes same day once!) and the quality of their cleaning is great. I’ve sent some shirts to them in pretty gross condition and without fail they’ve come back looking almost as new as the day I bought them. I mostly get my suits dry cleaned here, but I’ve also given them some of my designer clothing and they do just as good a job with those as well. 5 stars!

Had a queen size comforter cleaned. Service was provided on time and was slightly less money than other nearby cleaning businesses. I will definitely go back for my CLEANING needs.

I had never used this company before and will not use them again. I took a brand new bedspread in that was packaged to them to be cleaned. After we picked it up I opened it a few days later out of the dry clean package. Well, the comforter has the stuffing bunched and is very stiff, and the pillow is sliced. They tried to explain that sometimes happens in 30 years this is the first time. I figure I smooth it out myself, because I don’t trust the quality of work. called the manager yesterday and was told to come back. When I went a lady came and claimed they did not do it put notes in the computer and called me because they noticed the tear. (This is an absolute lie!) I exclaimed that I never ever received a call which I did not, I also exclaimed I brought it in a package new as it was gifted to me so hmmm something is right. She told her same story I knew then they were going to not own responsibility was not worth the argument. What is funny I asked who can fix it she gave me a card for a seamstress they used and told me if I mentioned it got ruined by beat way she may give me a discount Hmmm thought they were not at fault.

The service and staff were exceptional! Clothes were clean and wrinkle free. If you are looking for a good dry cleaner, definitely take your business here!

I had a beautiful silk shirt that got some sticky hem tape on the front that I couldn’t get off. I took it to them and they took care of it ! My shirt is saved and they were kind enough to call me and let me know they were going to keep it another day to be sure it was done properly! So thankful for their kind professional service !
