Star Bright Cleaners

I needed a rush dry clean for a bridesmaid dress and called a few places around town. Star Bright said they could do it and have it ready the next day. The dry cleaning truck was running late on the day I needed it. Kathy went above and beyond to keep me updated on when the truck would be here and stayed after hours to make sure I was able to come get my dress. I am pleased with the customer service and quality of clothing care. I will be coming back! Thank you for helping me have everything ready in time for my sister’s wedding, Kathy!

Brought my dry cleaning here for years just like my dad. What I loved was i didn’t have my bag for dry cleaning yesterday. I called back today and they held it until I got there. I really appreciate what you have done. Keep up the good work.

Dealt with two different employees. One woman when I dropped off my clothes and another one when I went to pick it up. Neither of them seemed to know how the coupon system works. They say to go to the website because the business offers a monthly coupon with a discount, but one said to just mention it and another one to bring it. Anyhow even though I provided the coupon info at drop off I still was charged the full price for my shirts. Coupon was for $2.99 a shirt but I was charged $3.31 per shirt. AND they charged me $4.31 for two of my shirts because of their material which they never mentioned or advise before hand. I asked for a refund and clerk said she cannot issue refunds or credits only "He" can issue refunds. Don't know who "he" is. But she took down my number three days ago and said "he" would call me. Never received that call. This is not the way to conduct business. So you've lost my business as a potential regular customer because I need cleaning services often and have earned this bad review. These businesses need to learn the importance of conducting good business and to appreciate their customers. And us as consumers need to practice exercising our consumer rights, standing up for ourselves more and not settling for mediocre service if we ever want to change back this onslaught of poor customer service we see everywhere now.

Had a jacket that needed cleaning, not only did it not clean the jacket but didn't offer me a refund or anything. I will never go back there again.
