Owner of the business was very attentive and my clothes were ready promptly.

So I bought a wedding dress off the rack... Needed to be cleaned before the big day. After doing my research i found Heights is the go to spot for wedding dresses. I can tell you i was not disappointed. Not only were they warm and welcome.. They completely understood my paranoia. I got my dress back a day early in brand new condition. Thank you so much. I will be back!!

Family owned, small business, with great customer service. We have used this dry cleaner for years and I can say I like them even better with the current owners. Excellent quality and service. Even though I have not been in for many months the owner knew me immediately even with my mask on. I always feel appreciated, and I think you will too.

Do not trust this place for your big day. Jim is an awful business owner. I called one week in advance to discuss getting my dress cleaned. I dropped it off the following Saturday as we agreed. Then he called me the following Thursday to say they forgot about my dress because his granddaughter didn't tell him it was there. Then called back exactly 1 hour and 14 minutes later to say he couldn't get the stains out. No empathy. No remorse nothing. I thought our face to face interaction would be better but it wasn't. I'll never go back. On top of everything, he charged me more than he estimated...could have stuck to the estimation for the errors on your part.

Wonderful customer service. Fast and friendly with beautiful results! Had my daughter beaded Sweet 16 dress cleaned here as well as my boys shirts ironed for the special event and everything came out beautifully and on time! Highly recommend!
