Laundry Wash & folds

I've been to all of this company's laundromats around town, and I think the one on Eubank, in the Walmart shopping center, is THE BEST BY FAR. Clean, big, room to move around. Lots of seats to sit down. Tuesdays through Thursdays are free dry! This one on Montgomery doesn't have any free-dry days. It is also no longer "wash and fold". And if you go on Thursdays through Saturdays there is an older woman supervisor who is either very nice or very grouchy, and you never know how she'll be on what day. (AND DO NOT DRINK THE COFFEE. The coffee maker is never cleaned.)

The Native American man laundry attendant with the poney tail at night is very creepy and very rude! He walks around outside smoking cigarettes and stares at people when they are in their vehicles. Management needs to have some customer service training and people skills with this guy!

I love that it has bigger washers than the other laundromats I went to and it's nice that it is a 24/7 laundromat now the price is here all right biggest washers cost $9 medium washers cost $7 small washers cost $4 and it does not cost a quarter for 6 minutes on the dryers it cost $2 for 40 minutes what is a McDon of the prices but can't say wasn't as bad as how I was treated in the environment I didn't really enjoy the time with the staff going in at around 8:45 doing my laundry with my husband. my husband mistakenly shut the washer on one of the fabrics in the machine causing it to leak when I went to go get the stuff he immediately started accusing me I tell my husband came out of the bathroom and said it was him to blame then the worker begin acting all friendly like nothing happened the problem was fixed but did not feel comfortable.

Great customer service, great place. All the equipment works, it's very clean, plenty of parking, WiFi, takes quarters, four machines give change, ATM, snacks, free coffee, outside seating, TV screens, 24 Hour.
