Walked in as same day service was advertised , experienced very rude oriental man who was throwing a fit, telling me he couldn’t do the job . Felt like I was being yelled at . I let him know that that is fine although there was no need for him being so very rude . I walked out and went somewhere else . Will never return .

The manager is rude and aggressive, no customer service. Expensive alterations with sloppy work.

They've always been so good, especially when Kim was there at the front. So courteous and friendly. I went to drop off my clothes today and the owner was a HATEFUL SOB to me. All because I said that the door was hard to open. He said well, what do you wantbme to do about it. I said no, it's probably the pressure from the AC. Then he replied, you want me to shut it off ? I said I don't need to put up with you A Hole, I'll take my business elsewhere. He said fine ! Very unprofessional of him.... Ugh !!!! Watch out, he'll attack you like a bulldog....See ya Mr. Wong, Wang...whatever your name is....🤬🤬

I dropped off my husband’s suit and it was ready in less than 24 hours for pick up. The price was very inexpensive for the turn around time and quality. When I arrived I came with my infant son in his car seat. The gentleman (who I assume may have been the owner) helped me by taking my dry cleaning to my vehicle while I secured my son in our vehicle. Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had! We will be back.

I took my chenille curtains to get dry cleaned after I noticed my dog had been urinating on them. I picked them up today and still noticed the smell. When I called the store back I was given Mr When’s (Owner) phone number. I called and left him a message. When I got a call back from Mr When, I explained to him that I still noticed the smell he was very rude to me in expressing the fact that he had already ran them through twice and there was nothing he could do. I simply asked him why was I not informed of this at pick up he got very hostile. This company takes your money and does “Not” give you the results you pay for. This is company should have said in the beginning that they didn’t have the right supplies to correct the problem.
