House of Dry Cleaning

I’ve been bringing my shirts to them for years. Always a great job. I’ve even trusted the cleaning of my professional Santa Claus suits to them! A nice family business.

I haven't used this business in a few years but decided to again because it's nearby my home. I've been off. The clothes went fine, although the employee had his headphones in his ear the entire time. It definitely wasn't cheap, but it's worth having your clothes looking nice. The most frustrating part is that I have to go to work at a specific time every day and their door said they open at 7:00 a.m., which was good for me. Three different days over the past week. I've now come by to find they are in fact not open at 7:00 a.m. when I pulled up their Google listing it says they're open at 8:00 a.m. try to call their number but it goes to a voicemail that is not set up. This is very disappointing that they don't even have the right hours on the door or a voicemail set up to answer.

Two thumbs up from us. Friendly, courteous, excellent quality in terms of laundering and pressing our clothing. They are not the fastest - some other places have a one-day turnaround, and they are more like 3 days. But the price makes it well worth it.

I came here to get my wedding dress cleaned before my wedding (it was thrifted and had a couple stains). They asked if I wanted it preserved and I said no, I'm getting married in 3 weeks, so they knew it was important. This entire time I was working with the same man. I brought it in and they told me they would call me when they started it, would tell me how much it would be before they did that. They didn't do either. I came in on the day it was supposed to be done and it wasn’t there. They had it at the other location and it wasn't done yet. I can be understanding - but this was my wedding dress. They told me it would be ready in 3 more days, said they would call when it was ready. They didn't. I called them to check on it. There were some stains that they couldn't get out, which I understood because of the fabric. They weren't really noticeable anyways. I was just really disappointed that I paid $100 for such a hassle that wasn't even fully cleaned.

Been going here for a couple of years with my husband's work shirts. They do a good job and are always kind and cordial. I was going to another place that did an awful job and were often rude so I'm thankful I found this place.
