I live near by and come here often. Darcell is often on duty and I've always had fast and courteous service from her. Always a pleasure. The new staffed hours at this location are a bit of a drag because, I prefer face to face interaction.

Love this place! Such a convenient location and such fast service. They always take great care of special items too. Darcell is there early and so I can drop my things with her before work which is so great.

The Chagrin Falls location is unbelievably convenient with the new addition of the lockers. I used to drive to the Solon location (shout out to Ebony) but this new establishment is so much closer to my home. It’s also convenient to access the lockers at any time.

They’re incredibly quick! I got my dry cleaning by the end of the day. The locker system didn’t work too well for us on the pickup but they responded quickly.
