The best service I've ever received from a cleaners. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The price was very reasonable. I greatly appreciate Beth who fixed a pair of pants I needed for a special event with a quick turnaround. Overall outstanding service.

very disappointed that this location is no longer offering hangars for my disabled grandmothers fluff and fold service. Explained the situation and even offered to pay an additional service fee! It is frustrating that they cannot even make accommodations for those that have limited mobility. We have been a customer for about a year! We frequently send in her loads as she is not able to do her own laundry like she wants and DO Summers was her request. Overall laundry services are decent and communication with Deanna at the Solon location is good. However, we will be sending in less loads since upper management has made this abrupt change.

I have used this service for several years and WAS very pleased. However, for the last 9 months whichever location is servicing Aurora has completely fallen apart. I get garments that are frequently wrinkled or damaged. I've also gotten the wrong garments that aren't even mine on more than one occasion. In addition, they constantly break buttons on my shirts. I tried to discuss this with a manager 6 months ago and he blamed the shirt brand, however, they are breaking buttons (or damaging them) on all my shirts. After speaking with a manager over the summer, things got better for a month before the damage started occurring again. The final straw before canceling my service was when I got to an event for a work trip, and my button was completely missing. I'd have sewn the replacement on, but they already took it cause they had just broken another one. Very frustrating. I've since cancelled service.

Super easy to work with and very professional staff. I rarely go to the dry cleaner, but they make the process simple.
