Carriage Hill Cleaners

I’ve been someone who uses the dry cleaners once or twice a week for almost fifteen years. Today was my first visit @ Carriage Hill cleaners and the staff was absolutely amazing. As a first-time client I wouldn’t have felt more special and welcome. Michelle and Amy treated me like gold! Thank you all! And I will most definately be coming back! Tyler Harvey

I’ve had a lot of good experiences especially with laundering my coats, suits, and scarves. They do a great job. only recently I had them do an unlined linen tie that I thrifted that was heavily stained. I had no expectation of the stains being removed fully but partially so that I could dye it navy blue. I got it back and there was slight improvement but overall still stained over. and as a coup de gras I hand washed it and soaked it in oxiclean which made it clean and removed all the stains however the water was brown (and it was an ecru Iinen so it wasn’t dye) so I really don’t know what they did for the tie. I think at maximum they shot some steam through the individual stains. Was a little disappointed but it’s only 4 bucks and maybe I have a misunderstanding of the dry cleaning process on ties but I think it could’ve been done better. Overall a good cleaner I will however stick with doing anything tie related myself I don’t know if they have the proper tools to do that or if that’s a specialty thing.

I needed three coats cleaned after having been exposed to cigarette smoke. I'm new to the area and just googled dry cleaners and went to the closest one. The staff was very helpful and kind. She walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. I was really surprised when she said that my items would be ready within 24 hours. The store was clean and well organized and I will definitely recommend them to others.

Great customer service! Great prices! I have not been to this cleaners in over 5 years and surprisingly their prices are still very reasonable. They charged me $12.99 to dry clean my 3/4 length winter coat . And everywhere that I had called in Columbus Ohio was charging $25 or more. And I dropped off my coat and it was ready in less than 24 hours.

All the 5 star reviews are spot on about how great a place this is. I flew into town for a high school reunion and needed a rush job on a single shirt. They were very accommodating at a very low price. The value of the service and work quality I received far exceeded what they charged me. I will definitely when I'm in town with dry cleaning needs in the future.
