Village Cleaners

I took my dress there and they did not give me a price at the start. I go back a week later in the dress is over $80 for dry cleaning. This is a scam don’t go here. Don’t waste your money they will overcharge the dress or any piece of clothing item. When I heard the price, my jaw dropped. The dry cleaning was worth more than the dress. Don’t waste your money and go somewhere where they will tell you from the start the price.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I had the worst experience with this company. I got married in may and dropped my wedding dress and veil off in June. They gave me a promise date of July 20 to pick it up. It is now October 5 and they still “don’t have any boxes” to put my dress and veil in. They also claimed to have cleaned it but never did. I called about 10 times and they kept saying the same excuse. How does a cleaning place stay open without something as simple a boxes? I asked to speak with the owner multiple times and the workers assured me he would call, but he never did. They held my dress hostage for months without being honest about a promise date or giving any hope of an end in sight with boxes coming in. I just wanted my wedding dress to be preserved so I had a momento from the most special day in my life. They were extremely rude when we came in in person to see what the hold up was. Horrible customer service all around. I picked up the dress to take it to carriage cleaner instead (highly recommend) and the owner still hasn’t called to try to make this problem right. They don’t care about your business.

The only dry cleaners I’ll go to! GREAT prices and phenomenal staff. The owner, Spencer, is kind and knowledgeable about the business. I have taken my favorite garment, a fuchsia pink silk blouse, to Village Cleaners multiple times (with multiple stains, I’m a bit messy) and it comes out perfectly cleaned and pressed each time. I’ve recommend them to everyone I know!

I recently found this place over 3 months ago and they have been more than I expected. My clothes are always done just the way i want them. The prices are good and the Custom Service is Awesome. My cloths are always done on time sometimes a day or two ahead. VC please keep up the good work you have one satisfied customer here.

Phenomenal. Fast, friendly, and high quality. Pricing is half of my old dry cleaner, and my suits come out at a higher quality. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
