The woman behind the counter was very rude to me because I questioned why I was charged $10.39 per shirt instead of $4.57 per shirt. She didn’t ask me if I wanted them laundered instead of dry cleaned and I didn’t know I was supposed to tell her that. I’ve just always brought my shirts and put them on the counter. But then she argued that it was my fault. I will never use this dry cleaner again.

They frequently close early and do not notify customers by alerting them with updated hours online. They simply put a sign on the door "closed early" even though their online hours show them to be open. Wasted my time driving there to drop off clothes only to find them closed. This happened twice but never again because I have found another cleaner that cares about their customer service.
