Bellwood Wash And Dry

I am pissed !? I have come to this laundromat for years. I was the one who added it to Google the freaking begin gave it a great damn review. Just had some busted ass washers. But now it's like I haven't been here in three months they've triple frief the freaking prices. I don't know who they think they've become .You have to it in certain amount to use dryers and now my freaking clothes are stuck inside the damn door. Because apparently they have a freaking timed lock that is listed no damned wear and I was 12 minutes late . I'm sitting out here going ok someone will come and the inner lights shut off Peeved just a dang little They give you zero ways to contact them.

It's a nice, clean place. Unfortunately it does have those gambling machines, but thank goodness no loiterers just there to play the machines all day. My clothes washed, but they didn't smell like the laundry soap I used. Which means, to me, that the machines do not work properly.

Washed a white blanket in large washer. 5 dollars. Didn't even rinse it. Didn't spin it so put another 5 in. Really 10 dollars to wash a blanket. No one here to tt no number to call. Ridiculous

Washing machines so so dirty. My laundry has grease on blanket, bedspread in other machine and flannel sheets in a regular machine. I’ve never had this problem before. 3 large loaders are taped over coin insert. Has this business changed hands?

The laundromat used to be super nice, always clean and everything worked, however now, I feel like it’s honestly run down and really gross inside. Washers are not well taken care of and when they break, they don’t bother fixing them. The only nice thing in that place are the lottery machines, it figures that would be the only thing they actually take care of. I heard it undertook new management and that’s when things started going downhill, I don’t know if it’s true or not but it would make sense. Just seems very lazy to me. And the state of the washers made me feel like my clothes didn’t actually come clean, I hope somebody fixes this place up. It could be really nice, and it was once.
