The laundromat was clean. The washers worked well and did not smell. The dryers could have worked a little better. This is the first laundromat we have been to that the app charges a convenience fee. All in all I would go back but wouldn't use their app.

Wash cycle 20 minutes, dry cycles same time. There is wifi, snacks, toilet, place seems clean and tidy. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the dryer did not dry much the clothes, and I had a very small load.

Very clean place to do laundry. Plenty of machines with different sizes.

We've had our laundry stolen 5 times , the cleaning lady opens the dryers while there still going to "clean out lint from other people getting it all over my clean clothes. She also takes things out of the trash to re-use and keep, as well as giving things out of the trash like laundry sheets and bedding to other people. This is a huge concern as bedbugs can be spread this way ! The bathrooms are always dirty and never any soap . No one has the right to open people's dryers with there clothes still going in it. I have huge issue with this ! Not happy at all that our clothes keep going missing. Dryers take money sometimes ,and washers are not clean with hair all over them.
