Martinizing Cleaners

Martinizing Cleaners are clutch!! They were able to do an emergency cleaning for me over the holiday weekend. They did a fantastic job. My clothes were cleaned and ready in time!

Great pickup cleaners and they do a great job. However, it’s difficult to reach them at the site level. Also when my comforters come back, I notice small tears in the fabric always about 2 inches. I even purchased a brand new one and sent it to them because it was so wrinkled. Got it back and there like I assumed it would be…a 2 inch tear. It’s a clean slice so I know it’s an equipment issue. Otherwise, when u do finally get someone on the phone, they are very nice. Perhaps they should check their machines.

**UPDATE — The owner(?) replied to the original post and stated to call. After trying several times, I left a message and 4 days later my call was returned. The person Jennifer who says they are the manager said “I don’t know who told you to call us”. (In all negative reviews they say to call them.) She’s rude, argumentative and obvious doesn’t care about customers. She even thought 3XL men’s shirts were women’s clothing. Not worth dealing with a place that’s rude, has no prices posted and doesn’t follow customer’s instructions.**** This business used to be the best when Cindy & Dave were the owners. Since they sold, it has been a steady decline in service and quality. Items aren’t ready when promised, prices have increased, simple alterations like hemming have doubled and they don’t do what you request. I recently asked for shirts to be laundered and was shocked at the price when I picked up. I inquired and was told they were dry cleaned. Not what I expected or requested and they didn’t even let me know. The employee had an attitude and wanted to argue with me. In December I was told a shirt would be ready on a Friday. It was needed Sunday for a Christmas musical and wasn’t even ready on that Saturday. So Saturday evening was spent rushing around trying to find something similar and having to spend quite a bit of money to buy another shirt. There are no apologies, just attitude. It’s very sad to see years of hard work by a great family go down the drain with new owners and uncaring, unfriendly employees. I so miss my quality, friendly neighborhood dry cleaners. Too bad they are using a name people trust.

I have visited this place for years and they now under new management. There are no posted pricing, so you go to pick up and the cost under new ownership is 3x the cost. The manager makes no effort to assist with the miscommunication. They also did a full wash when I asked for a press, in which I was charged for price of the was and press at that time. The only rationale provided is that they were in with other peoples clothes which am not sure how or why that matters if I ordered a specific service. I will not be coming back to this establishment with the current management.

Great service! Super convenient with their pick up service. Great job on all laundry and dry cleaning! Been using them for 8 years.
