Do not use. Too many broken machines. There is a better laundry facility 1.4 miles away which is also 24 hours. I appreciate that the dryers are free, however the entire place literally smells like an open sewer inside and over half of several dozen washers are out of order. The ceiling is moldy and sections are collapsing. It gets enough business to cover repairs. Why aren't they keeping it clean, putting in some air freshener, and fixing their machines? Fourth visit - An employee came in overnight and took the out of order signs off the broken machines because of bad optics. The machines were not repaired. They simply took the signs down due to how bad it looked that most machines in the facility were broken. We unknowingly used broken dryers because of this only to find out that our laundry was not entirely dry upon arrival home. We had to go to another laundry facility to finish drying the laundry. There is moss growing in the cracks in the bathroom wall and the room that they clean your laundry in is dirty and the machines are missing pieces. There is mold on the sealing and all of the folding areas are severely worn

I LOVE this place! I worked in a laundry mat for years in Tulsa and this place by far surpasses them! It's hard to find a free dry place and usually the wash prices are WAY higher so it's definitely worth going to. Yes some of the equipment is broken but not enuf to make doing your clothes impossible. People don't understand the parts alone for most of these older models can take a year or more to find and get parts sent to repair. It needs a little cleaning but the woman at the counter has been there 33 years!! She' s awesome and the laundry mat AND the community are lucky to have her!!!!

I really like the place, it's clean & the dryers are FREE. But the Big Bonus is that there is a friendly real person working there that can help you if you have any issues. I was there on Jan 5th, around 1pm, a Sunday, the day it started snowing in OKC. It was snowing pretty hard & wind went right through you. She was kind enough to help me get all my laundry my truck. She turned 4 trips into 1. Thanks Michelle 😊

Used to be my favorite 24 hour laundromat because all the dryers work great and are free if you wash there. I live on the southeast side of the city and would still make the drive. But every time I’ve gone lately the new guy who works the weekends is either super unprofessional or runs you off. The last time I went he watches me carry in all my laundry, which was a lot, only to tell me they’re out of quarters dismissing me. After I get it all loaded back into my car I see another girl carry all her laundry in expecting her to be dismissed as well but no she starts to do her laundry. So disappointed that they would turn away paying customers! It was one thing when I watched him do all of his personal laundry while working which was a lot. But to so clearly tell me I’m not welcome there, this place is a dump. I don’t recommend going to do your laundry at night on the weekends that weirdo will make you extremely uncomfortable!

My visit from today was unacceptable. The older white man overnight working was so rude hateful because we cleaned the lint. Mind you 4 dryers wouldn’t start because the lint was full. So I cleaned it and he states he was going to do it. I simply stated “I understand but I’ve already gotten my clothes in here and started cleaning it.” He got so upset slammed the worker door open threw the broom down slammed the dustpan and door open. Like all of that for what ? Because I did your job for you ? I literally am here every two weeks lol
