Spin City Laundry

I had a very busy day planned for today & laundry takes up so much of my time. I was searching for a laundromat nearby that I could utilize the drop off service & this place had amazing reviews. After using them, they get another 5 star review, I wish I could add more stars!! The woman who greeted me, Beth, created me an account. I weighed my basket and paid around $30. She did advise me that there were a couple people ahead of me and that it could take a couple of hours, to which I didn’t mind at all since I had other things to do. Once it was ready, all of my clothes were beautifully packed and separated by the types of clothes. Sweaters, pants, shirts, & even my towels. They took good care of my clothes and i am beyond impressed with the customer service and the way they do laundry here. I will be coming back :)

This place is fantastic. I dropped of my dirty's around 9am & had them back by 1pm. Great job of wash & fold. These guys wrap your clothes tightly with plastic & hang your collard shirts for you. AMAZING service!!!!!! 10 Stars!!!! I will be back for sure!

A laundry attendant, Tyra showed Great integrity when I was loading my dryer. I didn't know that I dropped my ebt card and she went out of her way to pick it up before I realized I doped it and returned it to my bag safely.idk if she is a manager but I think she has a ethical and moral standard we don't see these days.thank you ITS the little things,i am great full and stay blessed .

The prices are reasonable and the facility very clean. The washers seem to clean the clothes well. I was unable to finish drying due to a neighborhood power outage. However, they did offer to have me leave it and they would finish the drying and call me. I lived too far away to come back, so they gave me a refund and gave me a slip to dry free the next time I come in. Overall I'm pleased to see a new, cool (temp wise), and safe place to wash if I want to stop on my way home. The icecream was delicious, very crisp cone. Took some pics.

This place use to be the best but now everything is out of order and then the machines take your change and then workers are rude and want to have an attitude because their machine took your change. The customer service have went downhill. This lady had an attitude because the machine took my change and she seen it do it and didn’t want to give me my change back got mad because I asked for it back. It don’t matter what day I come on either the atm is out of other or the change is out of order or the loading your card is out of order. On top of that they went up a dollar more but the machine keep breaking down or taking your change just pitiful.
