Spin City Laundry

Been coming to this location for over a year after using them on the North side. Service has been great up to now. The last several trips has been chaos trying to use a large machine, even with light customers. This time there are about fifteen machines down. I had to use four machines to do what two of the larger ones or one from the largest machines. Cost a lot more to do the same amount of laundry. 5.50 per machine instead of 9.00 for the largest one or even 7 for the next size up. Also requires more detergent and softener. Time to find a new laundromat after my Spin City card is used up.

My property had been flooded and my roof caved in and everything I own has gotten soaked I was looking for a decent laundry to use to get everything washed and dried again. Spin city had the large washers and dryers and it was reasonably priced. The employee that I spoke with was helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back in the future as I need laundry done.

Self service: Been here many times it’s very quick ( 24 min wash, 36 min Dry ) clean and professional. Definitely worth it no matter who you are. Got all different sizes of washers and huge dryers. Drop off: I tried it today once and was very skeptical of the price. I think it was $80 some odd dollars for all my linen, blankets and clothes. So about 40-45 lbs worth of laundry. Let me tell you I picked it up and it was all Saran wrapped and all pretty. I got home and it was all organized and folded. All I had to do was unwrap it and put it in my drawer. I HOPE THE WORKERS SEE THIS……. YALL ARE DOING GODS WORK! I think the service was amazing and would do it again. $$$$$$ the price isn’t for everyone but if you have the means I would say it is definitely worth it! 🕰️🕰️ Dropped it off at 3:19 pm and received the text to pick it up at 8:11 pm same day.

I've been coming here for almost 3 years. Use to be a great place. A couple months ago things drastically changed. Most machine are out of order, seems that I have to use more soap, it's a fight for a dryer and a basket. Last 3 times someone took my stuff out of the basket and took it with no regard that it was in use. The staff has changed not as friendly as the old one. It's totally a nightmare. So today I will be trying a new place.

They love talking down to their customers, happy to rip you off for a quarter. Terrible place, terrible people. Machines don't work, but aren't marked that way, and you're not going to get a refund on what you put in it without a great big talking down to. Not coming back, don't bother going.
