Came here to wash my sheets and comforters and I was so impressed. Customer service was off the charts and my comforter was smelling fresh for days. I would recommend paying the extra couple dollars to have them wash and dry your laundry for you. They get it done quick and they get it done right. Will be back here for sure!

The big machines can clean the comforters my home machine can’t handle. I’ve been using Park and Western for years. The facility is always clean and the attendants are always friendly. I highly recommend it!!

I’ve been coming to the same laundromat for years and each year. It seems to get better and better always upgrading machines and always a nice smiling friendly face. I will come clear across town to come to this laundromat wonderful service.

Kinda felt sketchy, it sufficed in a pinch. The manager/owner??? Charged $1 per pod of laundry detergent, which I had no choice but to pay because there were no other options available at the time. There were no drinks or snacks in the machines, the washers were newer but cost .25-.50¢ more per load than the other more modern place I found the next time I needed to do laundry. The dryers however were old and loud. Did not feel friendly vibes from there so just did my laundry, kept my head down and left when done. 2 stars were for convenience of location to the place I had to be at that week.
