Clean, and friendly staff. They offer services to wash and dry. FREE DRYERS!!!! Right next door is a pretty good Chinese buffet too. Big machines and small, you will always find what you need. Very clean as well!

Shitty service I got there at 920 had to carry in my laundry was going to get it in and started before 930 but the white haired old man stopped me and told me they were closed and I couldn't start my laundry at 925 I'm a paying customer and I was gonna spend around 20 to 30 bucks to clean my laundry I will never come back to this establishment like I'm taking up his time this place should hire better employees and or people who can actually serve the community.

As of today, 8/7/2021, half of the dryers are out of order. The gentleman working hasn't swept the floor in 2 hours or longer that we have been here. We found glass in the lent trap of 1 of the dryers. Glass shards on the floor. We have been using this laundry mat for over 3 years and this is the worst we have ever seen this place look. It's like no one cares what the building looks like anymore.

I would not recommend prices have been going up and their service has been going down over the years. The machines are not kept up and most of the staff are rude to people. Not only that the owner will call the staff to get on to customer while she watches the cameras from wherever she is, is always having them get on to people who have kids and such but don’t let a machine take your money they don’t want to be responsible to give you your money back or don’t want to be responsible if a machine isn’t working right. Not receiving service after paying is a scam!!!

typical laundry but best one in the Bethany area. They don't charge for dryer use, which can take two-three rounds. Washers are a little pricy compared to other laundry mats in the area, but they have a variety of sizes at different prices. Gets busy very quickly, especially on weekends. Best time to go is early on weekdays, On weekends you may be waiting to use dryers if you don't get there when they open.
