Linen Fresh Laundromat

Usually isn't too crowded, and I like the spacious layout. But I don't think there's enough water in the washing machines. I don't see how clothes can really get clean with such a small amount of water.

This is a good laundromat with great prices. They have plenty of chairs and benches for you to sit on while you wait for your laundry. The staff is always helpful, especially Yaneli who is always friendly and attentive to the needs of customers. This is my go to laundromat. Don’t mind the sketchy people hanging outside sometimes, you’ll be fine.

What was once my dependable laundromat has become a gamble under new ownership—0pen 24 hours, unfortunately not. $1.50 washing machines nope. Featuring dryers with unlisted and differing prices on the same machine. And universally broken coin returns, so you can't get your money back. When you figure out the game. I used to like this laundromat—it’s run-down but had good prices and great service. However, since new ownership took over, things have become concerning. On the internet and on the Windows it says open 24 hours. But according to "They're exciting new changes!" they're open till midnight. But the doors close at 10:30? There's really nothing exciting here, unless u like steadily increasing prices, and deceptive advertising. They advertise $1.50 washing machines, but they have none. The dryers are a major issue. Their prices aren’t posted anywhere, so you'll only learn if you get 6, 7, or 8 minutes per quarter after you’ve inserted your coins. Even more confusing, on the exact same double-stack dryer, the top and bottom will sometimes have different prices. To make matters worse, all the quarter return buttons on the dryers are broken, so if a machine is short-changing you, there’s no way to switch machines or get your money back. When I asked a representative for help—requesting my quarters back so I could use a different machine—he simply started the machine. He mentioned that pricing might vary based on the number of users, what? This explanation is unsatisfactory. Although a language barrier might have been a factor, he did seem to understand me. I also use the Fluff and Fold service regularly, which is normally a great deal. However, my last order returned my white t-shirts tinted blue, and missing socks, with no explanation or discount offered. I’ll keep coming back only because it’s the closest option and the prices and service remain reasonable, most of the time. If these practices continue, though, I’ll be forced to go elsewhere.

Visiting Las Vegas as part of a trip across the US from Australia so we had a big amount of laundry and no car. Ricky coordinated our pick up and drop off wash and fold load and he was terrific, the best customer service we’ve received in this entire holiday! He was in touch with us the whole time to coordinate pick up and delivery at our hotel, and arrived exactly when he said he would! The team did a great job with the laundry and the price was very reasonable. Excellent service, 10/10.

Best experience at a Laundromat I've ever had. Staff were very welcoming and assisted with everything I needed. Everyone was friendly. Would highly recommend.
