Told me my rug would be available 1/2 at 4 p.m. Went to pick it up on 1/3, "not ready, forgot it." "Be ready tomorrow morning [1/4]." Went to get it at 10:00 a.m on 1/4: "Still not ready, give us ten minutes." Well, since I have a life, I picked it up at 4:45 p.m. on 1/4. Put it back on the mat it has always sat on and they shrank the rug! We stretched it as best we could, but it used to hang over the padding, now not so much. I asked for a discount when I picked it up, "no." I said to tell the boss I wont be returning. When I called them about the shrinkage, they said they can fix it by cleaning again. But now I am working through the weekend and I really don't believe them. No, I won't be bringing it back. Find a better dry cleaner. Nothing but hassle here.

Found a huge hole in my brand new shirt after bringing it here. I brought it back to show them and their response is “oh that didn’t happen here” wow. Horrible service. Never again. DO NOT COME HERE

I’ve gone here numerous times for basic dry cleaning on sweaters and button downs. They’re always quick and do a nice job. Recently I had a long dress altered which was double lined. Cost $36 and looks great. It took a little bit longer than they originally told me but they still got it done in less than two weeks. Overall have been happy with their services!

2/3rds of the time the work is done properly. The rest of the time my clothes appears to just have been steamed, especially on”same day” services. The only reason I still go there is because it’s the closest to my home.
