Linda at Dermody cleaners on county st is so helpful , kind, knowledgeable and more. I cant say enough about her customer service skills. Being in the business for 25yrs myself, I can honestly say she has what it takes. Do business there, you'll be happy you did.

My husband dropped off his suit to be cleaned and pressed on a Saturday that would be ready for upcoming Wednesday which was fine at the time. He forgot he needed earlier for his dad‘s wake & funeral so he called asking them if they could have it ready sooner. The clerk answering the phone was so pleasant and told him not to worry. Long story short , the suit was ready for pick up 3 days earlier. Above and beyond customer service.

With 4 locations, using Dermody Cleaners for your washing, drying, and/or dry cleaning needs is easy. The stores are clean, well-lighted, and nicely maintained by friendly staff.

2 male employees walked around, kept looking at me but never told woman I was there. Took easily 4-5 minutes before she saw me and came out. Need to be a bit faster responding to customers standing at register. A bell or buzzer might help since guys at this location seem unable to relay, there's a customer. Do not feel I'll be returning there.
