Excellent first time experience using Dermody Cleaners. Very friendly staff and very quick next day service. This is my new go to Dry- Cleaner. They also do laundry which is a plus. Thanks again.

The service is great, but you just need to update the text message you send out the evening before pick up. What I mean is the only option is to press Y for the pickup and there's no option for no pickup. And then you still try to pickup when I opted for no, then the confusion start's. And your calling the service I use saying David's pickup wasn't out there, and then there calling me to make sure everything is ok and this happens every week. Other than that like I said in beginning SERVICE IS GREAT... One other small thing I gave you about 4 lbs of clothes including a very thin comforter this week, I got my clothes back but no comforter. I did this 1 other time and received everything back, I don't understand why I didn't receive my comforter and have no idea when or how I'm going to get this back... Sorry so long but you said you wanted some insight to improve so that's all I have, but the TEXT MESSAGE needs OPTIONS....Thank You and have a great day...

Excellent service of picking up and delivery. Extremely pleased with cleaning methods and folding of my garments. I've known this cleaner most of my my life and my mother in law, deceased, is a cousin of the Dermody family. I had heart valve replacement in January and this provided service is such a load off my mind. No pun intended (lol). Thank you so very much, all of you. It's a blessing you provide this service to the elderly 🙏

The staff was friendly and provided exceptional service. My dry cleaning was done on time as promised.

Dermody was prompt and delivered my shirts washed and pressed on the day they said they would. The driver was very friendly. Of course the shirts were clean and perfectly pressed. I will continue to use their pick up and delivery service.
