Lapels

This particular Lapels Dry Cleaners location is great and I have no complaints. Whether you need your clothes dry cleaned, your drapes/curtains or rugs, cleaned, or your clothes washed, dried, and folded if you like. They do awesome tailoring too. It's my one-stop shop.

Absolutely fabulous service. Very quick and actually had one item from a previous order that was missing a button when I took it out of the plastic and returned it to them to see if they had a "missing buttons box". They not only found it and/or replaced it, didn't charge me for it. WOW! Thank you! The blazer wouldn't have been wearable without this unique button so THANK YOU so much for the extra efforts on your part to find or replace it!

Used them for the first time this week and my overall experience was good. However, I picked up my dry cleaning yesterday and one of my shirts had a lot of black fuzz balls on the back.

Less than 1 star review if possible! I sent a dress to be cleaned. When I went to pick it up, the dress still had a stain and they still charged me for the service that was not done properly! Not professional, they are charging money and not getting the job done!

I've used Lapels twice now and I find it a well run, smooth operation. They basically "salvaged" my only sports coat removing gobs of old gum from inside a pocket from several years ago. Well done without ruining it.
