WOW!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I am so impressed. I brought in my mom's wedding dress that is 31 years old and had severe yellowing and stains and they got it all out! I am so excited to be able to wear it for my rehearsal dinner. ♡ & They were so fast! I took it in on Monday and they had it back to me by Wednesday! THANK YOU Brooke Cleaners! I cried after picking it up I was just so amazed.

I took a very expensive dry clean only racing jacket in that had multiple stains and they got most of them out and at a reasonable price and quick! Dropped off Friday at noon and it was ready the following Monday by noon. Will definitely be back!

Outstanding dry cleaners. They do a great job, and can handle fine fabrics, woolens, and sequins, with no problem. Great customer service, also. Prices aren't low, but totally fair for quality work. And your clothes will last.

The customer service was excellent, Kim made me fill very comfortable. People can really take a lesson from her excellent customer service. Thanks Kim. I will be returning because it was a wonderful experience.

Worst dry cleaner in Volusia County I chose this place because it had lots of 5* reviews and lots wedding dress pictures. It is 30 minutes from home but it seemed like they specialized in this so I assumed it was a great option. Trip1: I had two wedding dresses (one was meant to be for the ceremony and one was meant to be a reception dress) I ended up wearing the first dress for about an hour inside the airbnb before opting to wear the reception dress for the whole thing. The first dress had a small bit of makeup around the top and minimal dirt on the hemline. The second dress was worn outside and was VERY dirty. They quoted based on the length of the train NOT how dirty it was. They wanted $350 (plus tax) for the first dress and another $300 (plus tax) for the second dress… just cleaning, no preserving. I opted to only have them clean the first dress as I was selling it since it was barely worn. I also dropped off my husband’s 3pc suit. Paid for the wedding dress in advance. Trip 2: A few days later I get the text saying everything was ready so I headed over. Obviously, I spent a LOT of money getting it cleaned so I inspected the dress before leaving. They missed several spots, completely busted the hook at the top of the zipper (which they blamed me for), and the dress was still damp and sticky everywhere. Especially where it had heavier fabric or decorations. I refused to take a still dirty, damaged, still wet dress so they said they were going to fix it all. I paid for and head home with just the suit. I did not check it over since the entire shop is filled with suits and dress shirts. How hard could it be? I get home and open the bag to put it in a suit bag just to see there are iron marks ALL OVER the suit. Trip 3: The 3pc suit gets taken back the next day, they say they will redo it. We also asked specifically to text us when everything was ready so we could just make one more trip since it was so far away. Trip 4: Get a generic text saying our items are ready for pickup. ASSUMING this text meant EVERYTHING based on our previous trip, I head over. They hand me the suit and I inspect it, pants look good, jacket looks good…. Vest is missing?????? Apparently, whoever took the 3pc suit on trip 3 put it as two items instead of three and now nobody knows where the vest is. Also, the wedding dress WASN’T EVEN THERE after specifically asking to text us when EVERYTHING was ready. Later that day get a text saying our items are ready and we have an additional balance to pay ($9.52) Trip 5: I called ahead this time to ask what the extra charge was for and if they had both the wedding dress and the vest to pick up. They said that the charge was for the vest because it got re-cleaned. But it was just as messed up as the pants and the jacket I sent them a photo that I had taken to prove it and they had to wait for the manager to come in hours later to remove the charge. When I arrive to pick up my dress and the vest, the dress still has the stains at the top and was no longer in the white “complementary” bag (I’m sure it is built into the exorbitant price tag) that it was in the first time, it still had all the spots, and they put the hook back on so poorly that the hook is useless as it makes the dress bulge. All in all, even if I lived next door to this place I wouldn’t give them a penny.
