Spin City Laundry

DO NOT DRY YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!! MY SHEETS, BLANKETS, TOWELS, MY YOUNGEST DAUGHTER SLEEPING BAG AND ALL OF MY DAUGHTERS JACKETS AND HOODIES CAUGHT ON FIRE YESTERDAY! THE OWNER NEVER CALLED ME. (Which I requested). The attended said it was my daughter’s sleeping bag. BUT I WASHED THAT SAME SLEEPING BAG FOR MONTHS EVERY WEEKEND FOR SCHOOL! They said since it was “my fault” I can’t be compensated for anything. What type of stuff is that. Bad business that’s for sure! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

So gross! I haven’t been here in months, since the last owners. Definitely will not be coming back. I have been a loyal customer for years. I really liked the old system of quarters because if I didn’t use them all, I still had my money. The new “loyalty card” is a way to get people’s money and keep it. Not right. 0/10 experience. Prices have gone up too! $11 for a big washer, and for what? Them not to sweep? Gross. Also the bathrooms are “locked for safety” when there’s not an attendant, so just bring your can with you to go potty.

You guys need to put a stop to commercial cleaners abusing this laundromat. I admire they have their own business but to be doing this much laundry when locals just want to get theirs done so they can go home and get ready for the next day is ridiculous. Just think about how much abuse these machines go through and how dirty they become for the customers after them. Funny how you will allow commercial cleaners here yet can leave bathroom unlocked. I’ve never seen anyone here just abusing the bathroom. Common sense ain’t to common anymore

Need a good Laundromat? Need to get your clothes done quick and easy? THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!! Could definitely use a good thorough cleaning, place was very messy, Alot of machines were out of order. And to make matters worse the entire facility only had two rolling laundry carts! (two carts for about 50 washers and dryers) which were all being used!

I've come here for about a year as it's been Spin City. I had to come during the day as the laundromat won't stop the commercial cleaning folks from taking over for hours at night, big inconvenience. It's also another big inconvenience to tell other customers to go to another spin city, but hey you all get to benefit so i guess that's all that matters SMH. I stopped coming overall to this location in Ormond and I'm thinking of going to another laundromat altogether. The previous entity was much better. I want to point out that the machine accept $1 of $2. Within a few minutes of calling customer service, my $1 was refunded. I would give their customer 5 stars. 2nd time I've had to use them and both times were simple and satisfying. As for the laundromat itself... its value is decreasing.
