Skasik's Quality Cleaners

Picked up my husbands suits. Waited 10 min to be waited on. Lady walked out of the back room with a cloud of smoke behind her. I told her the name and was given the suit. It reeked of cigarettes. Just gross. Had to take it elsewhere to give it cleaned again. I will never take anything here again. The saddest part is this is were my husband has been going to have his suits cleaned for years and his dad before him. I hope they can fix the issue. Used to to be a quality place.

Unbelievable incompetence from this place. Five weeks to clean and box a 44 year old custom wedding dress, 2 of which this place had no idea whose dress it was not what to do with it. Came in to pick it up 3 times before they finally got it right. Owner lied to me on the real reason it took so long. Not to mention the dress looks like it's boxed by a 5 year old.

Did not actually clean my two suites, rather they only pressed them, poorly I I may add, they then put them on hangers and charged $32 for nothing. Both suites came back dirtier then they were when I dropped them off. The second time they only brushed them off an returned them to me. Talked one of the owners and got nothing more then the run around and his denials. Don't trust these people with your dry cleaning, they will rip you off. Use another dry cleaner in the area and save yourself the headaches of dealing with dishonest people.
