Great folks and great service! I pulled up just as Bob was locking up and he opened the door and let me in and took my suits even though it was after hours! Thanks Bob!!!

Out of all of the dry cleaners in Lima, Bob's is the best one. The building is old and a little disheveled but the service and clean was fine. I sent them over $1000 worth of dresses to be cleaned.. just about every single one of them was shrunk or the seams were torn. One dress still had a spot on it; they did take that back no questions asked and it came back clean. Very unfortunate experience because they seemed friendly throughout the process.

Bob's is not the place for me anymore. I have two and three line creases in my pants. They're not honorable when it comes to replacing items that they destroyed
