Took about 2 1/2 months to get my daughter's wedding dress cleaned when we were told "it could take up to a month" when we dropped it off. To be fair, it was a month before Christmas, but would've appreciated some communication about it taking so long. Other than that, the dress looks nice and seems clean.

Just picked up my formal dress for upcoming wedding and am upset. I was told it would be $30. And just got charged $49. How can you tell someone one price then charge a different higher price. They said it was because it was more than one layer but they knew that when I was told original price. Not happy😒
