White's Cleaners

I wasn't happy with My experience with white cleaners. I took a formal dress and 3 suits in to be dry clean. He charged me 117.00 plus tax. It didn't make any sense. He was charging me 15 to 16 dollars for each suit, 63.00 for my dress. He wouldn't show me how he came to that number or why he was charging me that much. I paid it and then , went back got my belongings and asked for my money back. So he told that is what every dry cleaner charge. But that's not true. Cause I found another one. I paid for the dress and 3 suits for the price he was charging for my dress at his cleaner. I had to give it one star, because it wouldn't let me give it a zero.

Best dry cleaners in town!! Owners were very sweet and took amazing care of my clothes. My clothes came back smelling great and perfectly clean and fresh. Other dry cleaners I’ve tried left me with ruined and very stinky clothes. Don’t have to worry about that here! I totally trust them to do an amazing job with all of my clothes.

We use white’s cleaners for JROTC uniforms. Quick service and great price! Absolutely recommend!

In high school, I took my JROTC uniform here and they did such an amazing job ensuring that my uniform was clean and crease free! Since then, I have taken many articles of clothing there and I won’t go anywhere else!

I’ve known about this place multiple times, but the first time being inside, wasn’t so great. According to the reviews, this place has 4.4 stars. I don’t think that’s very accurate at all, on account of their actions today. They yelled when a customer, my mom, said that she brought in her jackets cleaner than after the dry cleaner had “cleaned” them, they said they had tried everything they could, but it didn’t want to come out. My mom said that there’s a yellow stain on one of the jackets that wasn’t there before. The other jacket had a block color of black on the bottom and that black bled up into the ivory, making it look dirty. So, they started yelling and saying my mom complains every time she comes in here, she’s never done that. I said,”hey, there’s no need for that, I’m willing to understand and talk it out.” But then the lady started throwing around the hangers and then the guy starts waving his hands around as to shoo us out. I said,”there’s no need for that either. I’m not gonna be rude to you because you were to us.” And she stormed off, mumbling to herself, don’t know what she said, but it probably wasn’t nice. Don’t come here if you want arrogance and people who don’t want to try to understand you. Hope that helped someone out. Try it out, maybe your experience will be different.
