I went in to get a dress dry cleaned on a Tuesday. I talked to a woman that morning. She said it would be ready to pick up on Wednesday after 3:00. I came back the next day and talked to a different woman. I paid when I got there then she said that it wasn’t ready yet. There were some stains they’re trying to get out, and it would be ready on Thursday. Not a big deal at all, I don’t have any issue with waiting. However, when I went in on Thursday I saw the same woman as I did on Tuesday, different than Wednesday, and she said it wasn’t going to be ready until Friday. I double checked with her that I had paid. She told me “No, you haven’t paid. I took care of you on Tuesday and you did not pay.” I said “Well I paid yesterday. I can pull up my bank stuff if I need to.” She then said “Well I didn’t work yesterday so I don’t know. But you didn’t pay.” I was just upset because she’s accusing me of not paying??? I work in customer service and I couldn’t even imagine talking to a customer that way. It was rude and unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go here if you want all your garments shrunk to a point where you need to throw it all away. On top of that, the customer service is appalling. The response I got was a shoulder shrug and “well there’s nothing we can do” and I proceeded to pay for the service. Again, don’t go here or you’ll be disappointed.

Took coats to them, picked them up the next day and was very disappointed. They looked just as dirty as when I brought them there, they told me I could come back and get them rewashed, after I picked them up the second time, my fur coat was ruined, and 2 of my puffer coats. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Very disappointing.

the staff here is very disrespectful i havent gotten my refund yet and its been well over a month i came in today and the girl that works here said she would leave a message for owner moral to the story they dont give refunds back the washer machines are disgusting dirty the bathroom is dirty some of the big dryers dont heat up hot i would stay away from this place rude staff and they wont give money back from this faulty machines

So I had not used this place before. I needed a suit cleaned a shirt and a couple ties. The attendant was super had the items done the morning and they were perfect. Going to be giving them more bussiness in the future.i highly recommend this place
