My Canada Goose jacket's fur was damaged during dry cleaning process but this was due to the jacket's old style where the fur cannot be detached. Machinery malfunctions happen sometimes but what matters is how the problem is resolved for a customer who is unsatisfied. Initially I was upset and gave a bad rating. However, I was amazed at the level of professionalism and customer support from the owners (John and Sam) which led me to update my review to 5 stars. I wish that all business are able to emulate this kind of customer support and resolution.
