Stitch It Clothing Alterations & Dry Cleaning

I originally dropped off my 2 pants on March 4 to have it widened and repair a small tear. I picked it up 1 week later as this was the earliest available date. I received a text and picked them up on Tuesday March 11. Picked them up trusting that it's all good however I found out on March 12 when I wore them to work the crotch area was not sown up. This was a 3 inch size left open. I took it back and understood that human errors happen and was told to come by next day any time by the south asian woman with glasses. I come at 7:30 PM to pick them up and find out it was to be picked up for Monday and it was not complete. Huge koodos for Theresa that was kind enouch to quickly get this done and have me on me way. Huge disappointment and frustration to the rest of the staff I had the displeasure of interacting with at this location. 3 visits... Gas isn't cheap nor is time. PLEASE AVOID EVERYONE HERE. ONLY DEAL WITH THERESA.

Subject: Feedback on Dress Alteration Service I’d like to share my recent experience at the Milton location. The workmanship on my dress, specifically the stitching of the zipper, was subpar. I brought it to the attention of the service person, who suggested that a steam iron would help it lay flat. She offered to steam it, but unfortunately, once I got home, the poor quality of the work became more apparent. In the past, I’ve used Stitch It’s services and was quite satisfied with the quality, which makes this experience disappointing. I recommend that management reviews the training of staff at the Milton branch to ensure consistent standards and customer satisfaction. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
